We had a great experience at Fix, Allen was super helpful and was honest about what is actually required instead of trying to bill us extra. The paint job is perfection, I couldn’t even tell there was a scratch there!

I took my car to an affiliated mechanic through the insurance. However, they took apart the car and then refused to complete the work because they determined that there was more work done that they were willing to do because some of it may not be related to the crash and they weren’t willing to guarantee warrantee. So then my insurance had me find my own mechanic and that’s how I came across Fix Auto.
However, when the car arrived at Fix Auto, it was really taken apart. However, the car made it to the shop and the remaining parts did not.
Through this process of back and forth, Fix Auto staff was diligent in following through with the insurance as well as their affiliated shop. Fix Auto went above and beyond to not only fix the damage of the accident but also to help fix what the other shop/mechanic had damaged (when they returned the car parts, they were broken or missing things!).
Will recommend Fix Auto and its supportive staff.

The service I received here was above and beyond what I expected. Not only did they fix my bumper after someone rear-ended me, they fixed it in less than a week and I picked up a washed and vacuumed car. I even came back a few weeks later to ask if they could help me put my new license plates on and even though most of their folks had already gone home for the day (I had to come after work, they were almost closed), they still helped me put them on. Overall, I'm very happy I chose them to fix my car up!

The Fix Auto Fremont team did an amazing job restoring my car! Jonathan and the staff were professional, friendly, and very communicative throughout the process. The repair was done perfectly and on time. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and great customer service. Highly recommend this place if you need body repair work done!

Omg!! My car looks like brand new!! They sure did a wonderful job. And this place has the best customer service ever. They will text you every step of way, let you know when the car is being repaired, when is going to be painted, and when you can pick it up. They also when out of their way to keep it under budget, so the insurance company won’t total it. That’s was the cherry on top for me!! Because my car is old, but I never drove it and always keep it new. It would sucked if they total it!! Thank you so much fix auto! It was truly a wonderful experience!

I've been to this shop twice now, both times my car is in and out in a reasonable amount of time and I get regular updates about my car. Great work and they don't cut corners
