Do NOT go to this dealership. I recently purchased a 30,000$ Tacoma that was labeled and sold to me as “clean title, single owner, no accident” and after just days of driving the truck I started to notice some problems. Ended up taking it into a mechanic and found a laundry list of issues. The truck is completely totaled. With shady band aids like spray paint and after market parlors to try and hide damages and the truck isn’t even worth 10,000$ and has tons of flood damage. And now the owner told me tough luck and said it wasn’t his responsibility to know about any of this information. So now I’m 30,000$ in debt and have a worthless truck. This dealership is a scam and will try and screw you!

We had an appointment at 10:30 Today texted confirmed....
The guy never showed up
He sent a woman KONUL who spoke very broken English 45 minutes later!
their office was dirty, a vacuum cleaner sitting where the customers sit
They tried to scam us for a Toyota Camry with a dashboard that was in horrible condition melting bugged cackled in the dashboard !
They bought the car for $3700 and wanted $9500 for it. That women was rude, didn't even try to negotiate and her boss never showed up.
Stay clear from dealing with those people !

We waited 45 minutes for a sales women to show up. The car wasn’t in the best condition and saleswomen was not even open to negotiating at all. Very unprofessional service overall.

This place is a joke. They made us wait 45 minutes to get someone out to meet and then gave us an outrageous price and weren’t willing to negotiate. They have no idea how To do business.

Thanks to Scotti for making our online car purchase experience transparent and outstanding. Since the entire transaction was completed online, he offered to drive the car to a local Tesla dealership for inspection to improve buyer confidence. Still, we could not schedule an appointment due to Tesla's service dept being booked out. Instead, he offered to record a video of all the imperfections in the car, which helped us finalize the purchase decision. He made the documentation, shipment, and on-time delivery very seamless. The car was received in good and ready-to-drive condition. I will recommend buying from the Autobay NJ dealership and please do ask to speak with Scotti during your next online auto-purchase adventure.
