I’ve had good experiences with Autopia at other locations, but this one was a complete waste of money.
I got “The Works” package. In about 10 minutes they said my car was ready. When I checked, the trunk hadn’t even been touched. After I pointed it out, an attendant just removed some trash and did a quick vacuum.
Then I noticed cup holders weren’t cleaned, door panels weren’t wiped, and multiple basic things from the package were missed. Every issue I found only got fixed after I personally pointed it out. There doesn’t seem to be any checklist or process to actually deliver what they advertise.
When I spoke to the manager, his response was basically, “Do you want your money back?” I didn’t—I just wanted my car cleaned properly.
They kept giving excuses like “this spot is hard to clean,” then wiped it in front of me and it came off immediately.
I’m not someone who usually writes negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing. If you go here, double-check everything before leaving, because otherwise it simply won’t get done.
I also noticed another missed area only after I started driving. Not sure why that would be considered difficult to clean.
I hope this location improves, because this level of service does not match the price or the Autopia name.

The car wash quality of this place is going way down. Our car was not dry at all, still wet in many places of the car, when they handed the key back to us. Also inside of our was not cleaned either, front and rear windows were dirty. I think the new employees are not as good as the older employees. Maybe no training?

It's good but little bit expensive. I have two cars they are not provide any thing who have two or more cars,I didn't have any option so buy separate it's too much expensive 😅

I keep going to this car wash (Fremont near DMV) because I have a monthly pass, so one day I went there and there was a man named Marco standing at the counter, talking. I explained my problem to him because the payment from my bank was going wrong, but he spoke to me very rudely and was extremely disrespectful, as if I had come there to beg. This person is really tarnishing the image of this car wash and is not fit to work there. The company should consider whether to keep him or not. I’ve also noticed that they treat people with monthly passes very poorly and don’t wash their cars properly, knowing that they won’t go anywhere else. Please take note of this—Marco is very narrow-minded.

They do a decent job most of the time. I do feel like since I became a member the attention to detail has diminished maybe it’s coincidental but what I do know is that I have to ask to go over area that they missed. I hope this gets better.

The service here is ok, but the Wi-Fi is shit, which is unfortunate because the cell signal here is also not 5 bars. Leaves you with very little to do while your car is getting cleaned.

I would avoid this place at all costs. I've had better car washes from an automated touchless car wash at a gas station for $11 versus $70 for full service wash and wax, includingfullycleaningthe interior. I took it in because my car had been parked next to a sprinkler and had left water spots. They sent it through there wash and apparently didn't bother to dry it before putting on the wax. Now the spots are waxed into the finish along with insect excrement and anything else that remained on the car. There's wax left all over the car. Most of the chrome finish inside and out were barely touched if not smeared. The black plastic components inside and out were left with wax residue or bleaching/smearing from the rag used. My car mats look like something was smeared into them along with dulling the fibers black color and even left a burn spot in one of them. I could go on and on but I'll let the pictures show you what your money will get you. Unfortunately because of the black metallic paint finish it was difficult to capture everything, along with the suns reflection, but I think you'll get a general idea of the extent of the issue with there work. I would also strongly recommend if you do go there, you don't get any wax finish as part of the package if you have a dark colored vehicle, or alot of chrome, because it will only expose any pock mark or light scratch making it look worse. Completely regret going back there. Also don't bother picking out a scent for the car. They always forget it and your car will smell like the dirty rags they were cleaning the interior with.

I got the super package, and they cleaned the outside of the car really well, and the interior was okay..but I didn't realize until after that the lanyard holding my keys got really dirty.. Not sure what happened, but it was definitely unexpected.

Paid around $41 for the “Works” package the car turned out great and they were fast in their service inside and out but I noticed that my front bumper still had bugs from before and smudges here and there but overall it’s an excellent car wash. I would still come back again.
