I just called their office, the person who answered told me they don't engrave on personal mugs, which is ok and understandable if they don't provide a certain service but he rudely hanged up on me after he said that. Certainly not good customer service.

Seems like a fine business, but staff was not very helpful. They will not do any engraving unless you specifically order the item online from their store. Don't bother bringing a trophy to be updated
