The only thing they can help with is transferring money from outside to BofA. Once the money is in their pocket, your are on your own. You got a problem? Troubleshoot it yourself, because they don't have access.

Whatever service you need that requires the assistance of a teller, add an hour to your visit as a precaution. Don't blame the tellers for the companies lack of efficiency and staffing issues. At the moment this is the only branch that is operating indoor services. Everywhere else is ATM only so the entire city is going to this location during rush hour. Clients are frustrated at the wait. Employees are frustrated at the staffing. Nobody is happy. Arrive with your phone charged and ready to stand in line.

Horrible service. I went to cash a company check and the stated they are to charge for that. I said no, my business has an account with you. She said ok but ended up taking the money out without telling me.

This happened yesterday, I went there to make a deposit , and the teller who attended me put all the money into the machine and this bill didn't go through, so she said was fake, after that she checked in another machine and still was the same problem with it,then she handled back to me, then the other teller right away told her to do not gave it back to me cuz it is fake money, so she told to the other teller that when it's like that (fake) they confiscate the money, the Good thing was the teller gave it to me already , i knew the bill is real, they need to re check when this happens for the future cuz they dont even know when money is fake or real. They about to steal easily my money. So BE AWARE ABOUT THIS CASES!! And the person who gave me that bill got it from The bank too!! Y'all check always the money

There's no zero star. This is the minimum rating that I can select. Horrible service. The tellers are as slow as a tortoise. Worst managed bank. Been standing in the line for 30 mins and the line is not moving at all. I am going to close my account with this bank.

It was slow and in an awkward location right after the check out. It took 5min to process my transaction and we were strangely close to the bagging people working from Luckys. It is NOT 24hrs and it is an old atm.

This location is busy and the employees have terrible customer service skills. First, we arrived to use the nursery service at the bank - we followed the online instructions to a t and even called the corporate BOA number the morning of the appt to confirm we shouldn't have any issues. They confirmed we wouldn't since the branch didn't bother to answer their phones. Well, the branch wouldn't honor their services commitment on the website. They refused to notarize our documents and when I called the corporate number, corporate didn't understand why the branch wasn't helpful. They told me to escalate to a manner, but of course, it was a manager who was rude and wouldn't help. I'm extremely disappointed with Lucy (manager) and Rene (notary) for not doing their jobs. Another BOA branch just down the road helped us with no issues. I don't plan to ever come back to this location again.

Worse boa ever While pandemic most bank open at 9 to ease client since then all close early Boa still open at 10 am thus branch office needs improvement They close most of bank in Fremont Leaving the warm spring office , which is the small size office , limited walk in space , low ceiling with low ventilation .. this caused more customer panic.. Waiting outside under sunlight fir average 30 min, then another 10-15 min inside waiting then the teller only 1-2 window open ... This is not a ideal management style They don't think for their customer rather mainly care about the employee .. We as customer are suffering too This branch should be closer and open other bigger branch during the pandemic period

Worst customer service. They have one teller and the lines are ridiculous. When u ask the manager to help out she just walks around and nods and doesn't do anything!

Long lines and wait for any service. I have to make a cashier check and waited for more than 30 min. Bank staff is also rude. I'm not coming back here again and close my account and go to a different bank.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Very racist! Every Asian that came in was assisted immediately and we kept waiting customer after customer! Don't come here unless you are an Asian!

I bank with a lot of Bank of Americas it's probably one of the worst ones I have ever been to, as far as customer service is concerned. I needed to transfer money from my business account (BofA) to my personal account (also BofA). I tried doing so online, but it didn't allow me to do it with an error saying I have maxed out the amount I can transfer to a recipient. I decided to go into the branch to transfer the funds. Here's a summary of how the interaction went. Me: I'd like to transfer money from my business account to my personal. Teller: Ok, swipe your personal debit card Me: Personal or business? I'm transferring FROM my business account. Teller: Yes, your business debit I swipe, enter pin. Then hand her my personal account debit cards (per her request). Me: I tried to do this transfer online, but it would not go through. Teller: Yea, we don't allow transfers between business and personal accounts. (thing to note, she was processing the transfer between my business and personal account while saying this) Me (thinking): What bank would not allow that?! You can transfer between accounts. Me (Speaking): Well I've transferred money between my business and personal before, it said I had exceeded the limit I was allowed to Teller: Yes, we also have a limit on how much you can transfer Me: Didn't you just say the bank doesn't allow transfers between business and personal accounts? So now you're saying there's a limit to transfers that the bank doesn't even allow? Teller: Yes Me: Do you know what that limit is or even what you're saying? Teller: No, I don't know the business accounts Me: Is there someone here who actually knows? Teller: Yes, the guy who's by the front of the office. She didn't bother trying to show me where or even try to figure out what the issue was with trying to transfer the money from my accounts, which was a surprising and disappointing. On top of that, she basically was just saying whatever to get me to go. I was treated more like an inconvenience than a customer by this teller. She couldn't be bothered to help figure out how to resolve my problem with the transfer so I can do the money transfer myself. Quite frustrating! 2 stars because she did actually finish making the money transfer, although she made an error on the amount on the initial transfer so she had to make two transfers to transfer the full amount I requested.

Haven't been to this location for a long time. I guess they had remodeled this branch but closed the business line. Now I have to wait....:(
