There is a relationship banker here, her name is Harneet Kaur. Absolutely disgusting "service" where she lied to my grandfather about the status of his checking account, and then refused to deposit money for him. She was incredibly racist to my grandfather, who is Black. She looked at him and questioned him on how much money he has, which is none of her business. We escalated our case to the manager, who resolved our issues within 5 minutes when she spent 40 minutes insulting my grandfather for no reason. Beware of the lady named Harneet, she will give you a hard time without cause.

The staff is not well trained. The teller had to go back and ask the manager for every single customer . I waited over 45 minutes and I was the k my one in line. This was why I don't bank with Bank of America. Horrible customer service and untrained staff.

Do not trust the Yelp hours. This branch is closed, outside ATM still available. Go to Warm Springs for indoor services.

The couple of times I've visited this branch, it's been purely to do a transaction I couldn't do online nor on the app. This was during COVID so it was quite quiet. Everyone was following protocols. I was able to go in and out fairly quickly and everyone was kind. I have yet to get any cash at the ATM here yet.It is quite conveniently located off of Mission Blvd in front of Ohlone College and they have a small private parking lot but as mentioned, it's not a busy locale at the moment, so it was easy to find parking right in front of the entrance.But I haven't had a bad experience yet at any of the Bank of America's locations...so maybe I've been lucky. Will be back again for any future transactions.

This BOA branch is fantastic, quiet, and customer service oriented. We had a notary appt with Charlee who was very accommodating and made the prices as easy and painless as possible. We'll definitely be back if we have to do any more in bank services.

Worst customer service ever avoid this place at all costs. You'll be waiting in line for over and hr. 1 person runs the line at all times while the others behind the counter having conversations about their weekend.

Went to this lady who was suppose to ONLY get information to help me understand how AUTO LOAN works. NEVER did I say yes I want apply for the loan. FIRST OF ALL it didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. She was more interested in signing me up for a credit card and a savings account. Today I received a letter saying they ran the credit and now information cost me few points on my score!!! THEY NEED TO TRAIN THEIR STAFF OR AT LEAST CHECK WHAT INFORMATION IS BEING REQUESTED BEFORE RUNNING ANY APPLICATION.

Avoid this place. It has horrible service. I had an appointment scheduled but i still had to wait for 25 mins before someone saw me. They say schedule appointment to save time but even that does not help. Also, the associate didn't know what she was talking about.

This rating is JUST about Dong whom helped me!!! He is getting 5 stars because he truly deserves it and is a hard worker. If this rating was for another person that works there the rating would be in the toilet. Dong was amazing and helped me when I needed it. I am so thankful he is the one who helped me. Other staff there are nice as well but there is one younger lady there that is awful!!! She was mean to everyone she worked with and customers as well. Not cool. She whispered mean things about me and another customer thinking I didn't hear her and when I gave her a look like hello lady I hear you she started talking in Mandarin. Not so smart because I clearly understood every word. We are in the heart of the Bay Area where people are highly educated and speak multiple languages. She had no name tag. I just want to say Dong did an amazing job and I thank him

Bad service. I am in branch for almost an hour for closing account, only one banker and one teller are working. I am still waiting for someone to serve me for closing account
