Clean, nice interior. Quiet stay. Helpful staff. It was the best out of the places we stayed on our road trip from Oregon the Bay Area.

I’ve stayed here every year since 1980 -- from 1 or 2 nights to a week or more. For me, it’s perfectly located, accommodating and has a very friendly staff. The rooms are clean, well appointed, well maintained, and reasonably priced. They have a small gym that’s reasonably equipped, and a beautiful pool, hot tub, and patio with lounges, tables, chairs, and umbrellas surrounded by lovely vegetation (the Garden Court).
CONS: Bathtub VERY slippery -- an accident waiting to happen. Toilets are from the 70’s: very low seat height and high water level and waste -- need modern chair height 1-piece 1.3 GPF style.
Breakfast not recommended: cheapest brand powdered scrambled eggs, bacon dripping with grease and much of it burnt; very high fat sausage links (horrible taste). Limited cereals; not enough milk. Limited fresh fruit, if any; No yogurt, no oatmeal. Orange juice watered down; Apple juice was better. Coffee is horrible, but they do have a fresh ground, single cup coffer maker in the lobby – that was a plus. They do have a single waffle maker but makes donut size waffles. They offer plain white and wheat bread for making tasteless toast but they did have some breakfast pastries. Best choice for me was the biscuits and gravy.
CLOSING COMMENT/SUGGESTION: The services, including breakfast and evening social they had prior to COVID (2020) were a better experience than what’s offered today. Suggest BW revisit the history and occupancy rates over the years. As a minimum, upgrade the breakfast: add more choices and some fresh fruit; add some anti-slip strips in the bathtub and upgrade the toilets: 1-piece chair height. Meanwhile, will I keep coming here? Yes.

Been trying to get a receipt for the past 2 days but no one will answer the phone! Also this place is out dated, thin walls, and has a bit of an odor. Terrible wifi and cell service as well.

If you look at the room, it appeared nice but when we went in, it was like pepper burning sensation when we laid down. Asked front desk to change the sheets, the Hispanic lady was rude and didn't do. So, we asked for switching another room. They have but denied. So, told them we couldn't stay there and checked out. I stayed there the first for 2 days and extended. Lots of weed smell at night and the blower was running for whole night from my neighbor room to get rid of his smell. For the next reservation that I extended, I asked to get another room. In early morning, the toilet over flowed when my sibling used. I had to use their public restroom. It was horrible. They turn off AC at night. I had horrible experience there. Two young girls at front desk were nice although Hispanic women were not doing anything. Owner should monitor how their employees are doing with customers.

Our experience with the hotel is positive. The lady that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We forgot her name, but to describe her, this sweet lady had a pink hair at the time. ?. Our room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and tasty. The servers were very accommodating and service was great. The only drawback is during our check out. The young lady at the front desk was not helpful at all. She made it seem that we were disturbing her. She needs more training in customer service. Overall, our experience was great.
Rooms: Comfortable and clean.
Food & drinks: Complimentary breakfast was good and tasty.
Noteworthy details: I suggest the Complimentary breakfast. You can't go wrong with it.

I stayed here for 4 nights in June 2024. My room had a king bed plus a couch. Overall it was a comfortable, big room. My bathroom had a few ants in the shower, but this didn't bother me too much.
The free breakfast is great! It has scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, muffins, yogurt, cereals, etc. Everything you expect from a continental breakfast.
In the immediate vicinity is an Olive Garden and Applebee's.
On the morning of my check-out day, there was some commotion in the room next door. The woman started screaming, telling some people to be quiet. I don't know what was going on. I hid in my bed.

BW Plus hotels have the best breakfast of all the major chains. Nice, comfy rooms as well.

Perfect location, excellent service and clean and good size room. Wendy was excellent and exceptional. Great value because of complementary breakfast and premium coffee. Excellent cappuccino which is almost better than Starbucks!
Rooms: Good size and clean
