We went into BevMo found everything we needed the prices were good not great but they had a good supply of everything so I cannot complain about them at all in their service was really good

Customer service is always mid for a black person. Then y'all worried about things that don't concern y'all trying to get a sale. Got the sale but lost a customer. Go to another location.

Had a great experience with the two ladies working today. They were polite, kind, and extremely helpful. Their customer service was amongst the best I have had at BevMos around the East Bay. Thank you again!

Overpriced & clueless employees with little if any knowledge about the beer,wine & spirits they sell. Total Wine & More,Sousa's Food & Liquor or the Cork & Bottle (across the street) are all better choices !!!

Idk why but bevmo always has the worst staff ever. I visited one store and thought it’s just that one store. Then I moved and at this new bevmo too the attitude is exactly the same. Rude, uninterested and idgaf attitude.I told them I made 2 different orders and the guys just said “one” and went away. Didn’t have curtesy to even to say he hasn’t received the second one yet.They also arnt racist. They just behave like this with everyone.
