The staff are very nice and helpful. However, this review is mainly about the Rugged Exposure house brand Journey II MF shoe. This was my late father's favorite shoe for walking and hiking, and when he could no longer do those things and his balance was bad, they were excellent support shoes at a fraction of the cost of specialized balance shoes. Later, when diabetes made his feet swell a bit, we just shifted to the wide width shoe. My father's physical therapist thought they were specially made for poor balance! Anyway, thank you Big 5 for supplying my dad with footwear he loved at a great price that he could wear at all life stages.
