Tried setting an appointment for new tires. Have to pay before they'll order my tires in. Making an extra trip when I'm out of a drivable vehicle to pay isn't exactly a fun prospect

I've been going to Big Discount Tire Pros for years, and theyâve never let me down. Whether it's an oil change, a quick repair, new tires, or routine maintenance, they consistently provide great service! Their prices are very reasonable and I am always grateful for their work. Highly recommend!

I left the review long back. I was going to delete it since they came across as a good business now with 4.4 stars. But then I read another review where they are posting the customer address in response. That is such a low low place that it still bothered me. I decided to leave my stars back on for those of you who read the one star reviews to see what is up. Original reason was: They gave a price on phone, and when I arrived raised priced by 300$ for basically nothing new - it was a tire change. That was the original reason for leaving the 1 star. They also aggressively call and text asking you to remove the 1 star.

Jose at Big Discount Tire Pros went above and beyond to help me with my Chevy Malibu. I was hit driving straight on Fremont Blvd and my rear tire was bent in and the alignment was off. Jose had to call Chevrolet in Reno and have parts shipped to the Fremont location. I am so grateful he got the work done the same day the parts arrived and I was able to pick my car up asap. A big thank you to Jose and the team for this amazing job!

what can I say, it's all over the news, since the pandemic shops having hard time to finding mechanics so shop owners are paying more money for mechanics and thus ripping consumers to make up their difference. so it is hard to find trustworthy and honest mechanics these days.
I've been coming here for a couple years now, these guys are honest and very transparent when it comes to pricing. I was referred here by one of my friend who had his cars worked on by Jose, who was a service advisor at Ford for many years and knows Ford/Lincoln vehicles very well. We towed our Ford Escape hybrid here after the main engine/electrical harness got damaged after a tire blow out, since Ford doesn't even sell the harness anymore, Ford has no way to fix it. Jose was able to save the vehicle by rewiring the harness, took him a few days but he did the miracle. Another thing is we had this hybrid for many years and had taken it to few different shops for maintenance, not one shop had told us there is a hybrid filter in the trunk until we serviced it here when Jose recommended it. We are just amazed by his knowledge on Ford and had recommended a few forum members to here already, and will be coming here in the long haul.

BEWARE!! Do NOT service YOUR vehicles at this location no matter what. If I could give a zero review I would. I used to take my vehicle to the dealership for service and pay more because the service and team were always outstanding. I mean what I say, I went to the dealership for service for years until one day my spouse convinced me to start going to this shop. In the past we never had any problems until Jose Martinez took over the location as manager. Jose is rude, dismissive and a bully. He will lie, manipulate and bully you to accept being overcharged by $431 for labor and more. He didnât care that my car was in there shop for 6 MONTHS. If you show any frustration he will manipulate and tease you about a refund then take your money back and bully you because we disputed a partial credit to the overcharge. Jose is confused and needs guidance because the way he speaks he will âtryâ to demean you and speak to you like you are one of his relatives, when in reality we are strangers, a customers. Remember this, YOU the customer work hard in Silicon Valley, please go to a place where you will be valued as a customer. You have options. Cheaper isnât always best. You get what you pay for. When it came down to working with the insurance provider to get our refund they flagged and agreed that Big Discount Tire Pros overcharged, they also experienced the same attitude from Jose. Of course Jose lied to us saying that he was never rude to our State Farm rep. Well in time he showed us that he is rude, unprofessional and made excuses with an entitled behavior that he has a right to be jerk. He tried to display that we were beneath him but little does he realize no one has to entrust their personal property (cars) to him or his team. The former managers that were working there would never treat their customers like trash but I guess the owner can afford losing customers through his incompetent manager named Jose Martinez. No one should have the right to take YOUR hard earned money and tell you to tolerate the rude bully behavior like this guy. If your car experiences theft please LISTEN and go where your insurance provider tells you to go for auto repairs, donât trust this place even if you have gone there for years. Donât trust them saying âoh come here we can help youâ. Jose needs to take management skills and learn how to treat other human beings. Trust and believe as a customer you have a right to go where you are welcomed and respected and it is not here. Use wisdom and beware!!

I just got a quote from them online then called in to see if I can just come in or if I need to make an appointment or something the guy said no I can just come in. I show up and first thing they say is that's not a quote even though it has quote on it in two different places and that they don't have the tire now and they'll have to get it shipped in. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my time when I could have been told that when I called. Next time I'll just go with Costco.

Called in to make sure I can get an appointment. 12/15 whoever is working the desk was very incompetent. Wasted my time. Made no efforts to make any sales or give good customer service. This is how youâll lose thousands in revenue is because of people like Pedro.

Best auto shop in Fremont. Anytime I have a problem with my car I take it here. They can fix anything and it's always great service. I tell all my friends and family to go here as well. Thanks for all the help! I appreciate you guys.
