Don’t do it. Spend your money somewhere else where you’re appreciated
The owner is an absolute tool.
I had been talking with one of the salesman, which has left since then, communicated over the course of a few weeks about a very specific car. I had gone down to Fremont and taking the car for a test drive And had told the salesman that I was going to buy the car. I told him the day and time when I would come down, and had a friend take me there (a 2 Hour Drive).
We went inside to fill out all the paperwork, I had brought a cashiers check from Wells Fargo that I had picked up along the way. The paperwork seemed to take forever, they gave me a really hard time because my residence is out of state, and I was traveling in a motorhome, staying in a campground south of the Bay Area, which really should not be a big deal, but they made it one; after easily an hour I was asking what the holdup was at which point the salesman was still kind of giving me the runaround, it’ll only be a couple more minutes. Eventually he told me that the owner of the sales lot, who was out of state or abroad at the time, was insisting on going to the bank to get the check certified. He refused any other way to accept the cashiers check. So the salesman and I drove to the branch and the bank clerk told us that we needed to call the one 800 number displayed on the check and that we would get confirmation this way that the check was good. So we did that, received confirmation and still, the owner of the sales lot would refuse to accept the check. At this point, I told the sales person to give me the check back and he could keep his car and I had to find a way to get back home. The sales person was a really nice guy, I didn’t blame him, it was clearly not his fault, he apologized. It was just as frustrated as myself, and told me that the owner of the sales lot has been giving him a very hard time with his clients and that this would be his last day working for them because it was just too frustrating. He asked me to give him a few more minutes, he would go back into the bank and sort things out so that I could take the car home. It probably took another 10 or 15 minutes or so, but he didn’t manage to get everything sorted in sent me on my way, he caught an Uber back to the sales lot.
The whole ordeal took easily two hours, literally for nothing.
This is not the first time that I bought a car, but it is by far the first time to ever have been treated like that.
Like I said, in the beginning, do not waste your money here, there are so many sales lot around that are happy for your business

Don't buy your car here, there cars are unworking conditions, I just got a car here and I'm stuck with this loan!!!!

I do not recommend it at all, they sell damaged cars saying that they are in perfect condition and the paperwork they do is not professional, they just gave us to sign a paper, only one and that was it. I am really disappointed... when I went to return the car they discussed among themselves in their own language, they are not at all professional.
