Be aware of the guy jo Lopez
I’m regretting the decision of taking my business here instead of an authorized Honda dealership the associate name Joe Lopez manipulated the whole situation according to his own rules first he lied to me about my car camera calibration when he failed to get the car camera calibrated he lied he will take the car to dealership and get it diagnosed then finally he put the blame on me that all the dash light errors are not the part of collision and you might have the dash lights on before the collision and thanks to his lies he manipulated the insurance adjuster too and my car is unfixed now after putting the whole blame on me
throughout the whole procedure he acted as if he was my insurance company and he was the one who’s paying for my collision from his pocket Be aware of this guy name joy lopez in the end when I asked him if he is taking the car to Honda dealership since he failed to get it calibrated due to poor knowledge he said to me now you take the car to Honda dealership and get it diagnosed and lied again and made up a story there. All in all a very good lesson learnt that never ever take your car to any random repair shop instead always stick to the dealership if you’re car is fully insured.

Day 0: Detailed walk through on drop-off, and answered all my questions (excellent and knowledgeable technician)
1 day later: plan confirmation update after their detailed check, and an estimated completion time.
2 days later: Progress update and confirmation on completion time.
Finally: On time completion
High quality job, Excellent service, and on time completion

1). Tire pressure 48psi on a manufacture specification (Max = 44psi) and let customer drove away.
2). Need to come back for after market part that did not fit and obvious big gaps without final inspection and ask customer to pick up the car

I never write Google reviews but have to stop and write one about Hani. He took perfect care of my X5 after it was involved in an accident that damaged the entire right side, and he not only took care of the entire insurance claim headache but was proactive about keeping me in the loop the entire time. He went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle as if it was his and made the entire difficult process feel incredibly easy. The car was returned ahead of schedule in pristine condition, repaired to perfect factory spec. Will never trust anyone else with my car (or future ones) ever again. Awesome as always! My Nissan was backed into and I was concerned about the damage. They eased my anxiety and made sure I understood the process with insurance. Car looks like it was never hit.
