My vehicle was broken into at a BART Parking Garage last November. I had a very, very unpleasant experience with SafeLite Auto Glass and finally worked with my insurance company to have my car inspected/evaluated/etc. by another repair facility. I went to Caliber Collision in Fremont, California and have been extremely happy with the customer service, the quality and thoroughness of the estimate and the work done. I would definitely take my vehicle there again, if I have problems in the future. Jose Cabrera was my contact/customer service representative who was very friendly, courteous, professional and very thorough with his evaluation of the damages incurred to the interior and exterior of my car due to the glass breakage during the break-in itself. I am very impressed with my experience and would not hesitate to recommend Caliber Collision to any of my family/friends.

Awesome Location and Customer Service!Hani was awesome throughout and constantly kept me in the loop with updates and took great care of my car. My car looks brand new after the repair. Victor was also very accurate with the estimate and took the time to evaluate the damage.These guys are professionals and provide impeccable customer service. This location is BMW certified and I am a customer for life for any BMW related body repairs!

They did not fix the front sensors in my Mercedes EQE properly hence the notification didn’t work correctly and I ended up having a collision shortly I got my car. They would not accept their mistake

The manager Nick helped me and finally get the repair jobs completed. It was great experience there. I was referred by Honda AutoNation Dealer in Fremont and Nick and his team heled me through the process and they have done excellent repair jobs!

Don't take your car here I had no choice since it got damaged at the dealership they painted it three times and still couldn't get it right first dent not completely gone pin holes in paint fender not aligned with door second time to paint had yellow tint to it fender not aligned with hood and rough edges between fender and hood and door third time they had me come look at samples of paint they made up I'm not a painter it was hard to tell they painted it then it was to white never got a call saying the car was done two weeks later called got the same answer there away from their desk never received a call back found out the car was at the dealership the dealership sent to a Auto Nation Collision center paint matches perfectly now wish they would of taken it there to begin with way more professional and make sure I was satisfied
