Mann Dharod was exceptional and patient as he walked us through different options for the Lexus hybrid model we were looking g for. He even followed up to check how he could help us. We eventually bought a new car at a dealership but will always be thankful to Mann for his excellent customer care and guidance.

We visited CarMax for the first time at this location, and as soon as we walked in, Nicholas greeted us and helped us right away. We were trading in our car and had already completed part of the process online, so everything moved quickly at the store.
Nicholas was very professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. The experience overall was smooth and efficient.
The only downside was when I went to get coffee—both the coffee and hot water were out, which was a bit disappointing, hoping they would refill it, an hour later I went again and it was still the same. However, the restrooms were clean, and the facility was well maintained.

It is nearly impossible to get in touch with the finance department of Fremont. I sold my car on 6/5 and it was financed. They said they would make the payment to my bank and requested for the payoff letter and provided me the check for the outstanding amount. They still haven’t made the payment to the bank and I’ve tried calling them 10 times and each time they say they’re not the right person to talk to because the call gets redirected to other locations apparently citing “busy hours”

Carmax in Fremont is great. Everyone there is very polite and conjugal. Nic was my sales rep and he is great!!! I purchased 2 SUV from him in the last 8 months. I will be purchasing all my cars here and so should you!

My car was fixed quickly and I am so happy I have MaxCare. Jonathan, Dominique and Eduardo were great and very responsive. Jashay was very personable and selling my car was very easy, simple and seamless!
