Dr. Bruno is absolutely awesome! She took very special care of our dog, Fred, who lived to be 17 and half years until we had to put him down due to his old age and other health issues. She was always informative about different ways of treatment and also was compassionate and spent a lot of time to get to know as as his owner. She is one of the best vets we have ever worked with!

Darn, I'm so sad to have to change my review. Unfortunately, I think this place is going downhill. They have way too much on their plate and can't seem to keep up with the workload. I have been coming here with my pets since I was a child. It's unfortunate how mean and unkind the office staff has been to me the last few times I have had to call. I mean, having a sick pet is bad enough. Do you have to make our time even more hard than it already is by being a b***** 0 stars for office staff.

So I called to make an appointment I was told they weren't taking any new patients and on top of that the receptionist was very rude. If I could I would give negative stars very disappointed.

We were referred by family to Dr. Bruno and so happy we were! Luna was a little scared but Dr. Bruno treated her with care. I know they are very busy but was so happy that I was able to get an appointment. Front office was nice and personable.

So basically I called in for some info regarding my doggos eyes. Was out on hold for 20 min then told "we are not taking in any new patients." Failed as a pet hospital.

Received excellent, reasonably priced care and quality here for my dog and senior cat (who has since passed). My cat was a difficult (anxious) customer, and the doctors here were wonderful with her (and us!). We continue to drive here despite moving to Sunnyvale. The staff all come across as caring individuals, which is important, especially when dealing with difficult or scary situations (such as when we discovered a mass on our kitty, and were terrified it was cancerous). They will also let you know if they have a valid coupon going, which is truly appreciated.

Went to my local vet hospital down the street from me and it was a delightful experience! Dr. Dunlap rocks. He is so kind and communicated/educated me on everything I needed to know about Bagel. This was my first time bringing in my dog by myself so his compassion and kindness was well received! I'll be back :)

I'm writing today because Central Vet really took care of me and my cat, Lizzy. I've been using Central vet for many years and I'm always happy with the service and the staff; everyone is very helpful and courteous even under pressure when under staffed such as today. I scheduled an eye exam and nail caps to be done today. I was told they didn't have enough staff and the nail caps couldn't be done today. I wasn't happy about it, but was willing to make another appointment. I'm a very patient person and do understand that they have been super swamped with current and new patients. The technician heard me and asked about my appointment and she did remember Lizzy, who is very mellow and not a problem. She immediately said she will take her and it will be about an hour. I was very happy with that and it made me realize why I picked this vet in the first place. I highly recommend Central Vet because of their service, how they treat the animals and owners and their wonderful doctors and staff. Thank you so much for taking care of my pets I've had in the past and now.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lawrence and the staff at Central Vet Hospital! My buddy Dexter had some growths on his belly. I brought him in and Dr. Lawrence took a look and from the start, Dexter took a liking to her. At the time of the diagnosis the biggest one was almost the size of a cherry. We make an appointment for surgery, the earliest was three weeks away. The growth had gotten much bigger it that time. I bring him in and everything went very well, Dr. Lawrence removed all growths and moles plus Dexter got his teeth cared for. Now this is the part I really like, when I take Dexter there he is happy to go in. I know my buddy well and I can say the way that their staff interacts with the patient is top notch! "Petside" manor is what made the difference with Dexter's experience. BIG THANKS TO ALL OF YOU AT CENTRAL VET!

I've been taking my pets to Central Vet For probably 25 years. They have taken excellent care of my cats, dog and chickens . I can't say enough about how kind, caring and excellent they are!!!

We used this Vet for years with the knowledge that although more expensive, it was good service. My Border Collie, Oreo, was getting up there in years. Her mobility was much less, just getting her through the door into the waiting room was no longer an option. I emailed them my problem, called and the response was consistent. Not our problem. Never an offer of, we will work with you to get her into the office. It was a total tough s**** This may have been a good place to take a pet to years ago. We felt it was. Now, seems like service is not a concept they understand. Understand this Central Vet- you charge higher than anyone else and that is OK but we expected better loyalty and SERVICE.

Highly recommend! The front desk staff is very professional and courteous but with fun personalities! The doctors are also very nice and caring and do not push services on you- they leave you with options (something I haven't always found with other vets around here.) it was my first visit and they made me and my dog well taken care of. We will definitely be back for all checks and visits from now on.

Been taking my Mochi here for years. They take great care and very reasonable prices for all their care. If you do have Care Credit, they do accept it here. I don't have a specific Vet Dr for my pet, but all doctors take great care of my dog. The wait time wasn't bad when I went on a Sunday for emergency. Staff are very friendly and the wait time is t bad at all. Ensure you do make an appointment so you can get in right away. Parking can be tricky at times very small parking lot and have a big yard for your pet relief area.
