I couldn't be more impressed by the service and quality of the work done on my Lexus NX 450h+. I requested window tinting, PPF (full front, hatch, and bumper), and ceramic coating (5 year warranty). The process took 4 days to complete (Wed - Sat morning).Sarah was very responsive throughout the entire process. Before scheduling an appointment, she was honest and straightforward when answering my questions - letting me know what to expect (before, during, and after the project). Because this was my first big purchase, I was nervous about handing off my car, but Sarah sent me photos and videos the entire time. On the first day, she sent pics/vids of every rock chip on the car. Then throughout the remaining days, she sent pics/vids of the PPF application and result of the window tints. When picking up the car, she explained and showed me every detail of the work done, and how to care for the PPF + ceramic coat + tints until the follow up appointment. She also pointed out bubbles, which is expected to subside over a few weeks. Byron greeted me upon arrival and went over what I requested. With his professional opinion, he recommended some additional PPF over specific parts of the car that I agreed to. Throughout our interaction, he was straightforward, honest, and professional. He answered all our questions, explained what can and can't be done, paint correction expectations, and the process of it all. When picking up the car, I decided to have small last minute PPF additions to the door edges. Because I was on a time crunch, Byron and his team were able to quickly complete this in 10-15 minutes, which I really appreciate. The quick PPF additions look flawless and I'm absolutely overjoyed with the results. Overall, they did a stellar job on everything and completely exceeded my expectations!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I was a little skeptical bringing my car a detailing since my car was not in bad conditions by any means. I had called my dealership for a detailing quote and they were going to charge me over $400. I called auto pro and they charged less than that and had amazing reviews! However I decided to move forward with it just to see what they could do (my first time getting a detail) and honestly I didn't even realize my car could be this clean!The lady at the front desk was very polite, professional, and answered all my questions! I dropped my car off and she even gave me a ride to the starbucks near there. A few hours later I got a call that my car was ready and when I got there I swear they gave me a brand new car. My paint had not a scratch, the engine bay was shining, and the interior felt so clean! they really got every inch of the interior and exterior. I will absolutely come back to Auto Pro again and I will recommend it to anyone looking to get a car detailing :)

Bought a car and shipped it from Colorado. It arrived in the dirtiest condition I've ever seen (see photos). Auto Pro Detailing was able to take it in, give it a nice detail, and add the 5-year ceramic coating for me for $1100 (Thanksgiving holiday special). I dropped it off in the morning and was able to pick it up the next day in the late afternoon. Super happy with the results and my car is amazingly shiny & brand new again!

Took my IS350 for PPF and ceramic. They did a good job, especially since my car has some challenging angles and geometries. Also did a good job addressing any clear coat scratches that I had prior to bringing the car in. Overall very satisfied working with both Sarah and Byron and very professional.

I brought my 2023 Tesla Model Y here and got a full body wrap of PPF XPEL Stealth, 1 coat of Ceramic Pro, and Ceramic IR Window Tinting at a very fair price. I'm really happy with the results, Sarah couldn't have been better to work with, and all the work was expertly done. Great people here, don't hesitate to bring your car in.

I would give this business 6 stars if i could! I picked up my new Tesla MY fromSunnyvale and drove it straight to Auto Pro Detailing for the PPF film for the front hood and the rear bumper. I dealt with Sarah through Yelp where she quickly contacted me! She was excellent in answering my many questions regarding pricing, payment options, and appointment times. She was responsive, patient, and knowledgeable! I appreciated her responsiveness in getting back to me quickly.Everyone has a busy schedule and it is frustrating to deal with an unresponsive vendor! Originally, i was waiting to hear back from another PPF vendor in Belmont, CA (because I had used that vendor previously for my Model 3 and thought to just go with him). However, that vendor didnt reply to my inquiry and after 4 days of waiting, I ventured onto Yelp for my request for a PPF job and I'm so glad i did bc that's when i found Auto Pro Detailing! After Sarah patiently answered all my questions through emails and texts, I decided to get their #3 PPF package. Sarah was able to schedule my appt quickly to drop off my car on a Saturday right after i took delivery of it. They even stored my car indoors when they were working on it and when they were closed so my car was safe. For my project, Sarah kept me informed and even sent me a photo of my car when I had a question. She is professional, courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with! The completed PPF film on my car is absolutely gorgeous! They did such an incredible job that it is nearly impossible to tell that it has been wrapped! The PPF film is nicely tucked and hidden in all the right places! In fact, my BF got his new Tesla M3 wrapped by another vendor in Martinez, CA and his PPF wrap was horrible bc they didn't tuck in the edges at all! All they did was cut the film right at the edge! My BF wishes he had come to Auto PRO Detailing instead!! Please don't hesitate and contact Auto Pro Detailing for your PPF needs! They are aptly named as they are truly PRO at what they do! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!! This a family owned business and you can tell that they strive for excellence and quality service! I am super impressed!! 2 thumbs up!!

Highly recommend...100% huge fan of these guys. Sarah is very friendly and very responsive to all my questions. Always patient and thorough. Mynor and his team are high-quality professionals. I had them PPF + Ceramic Coat + Powder Coat Calipers for my 2023 Ford F150 Black. The truck looks bad ass. There were some initial bubbles, and they corrected everything and stood by their quality. Wrapped the entire truck, which is no easy feat.Mynor, Sarah, and the rest of their team are amazing. I will definitely bring back my truck for any cosmetic needs.

The front bumper of my Tesla model 3 was accidentally scratched while parking couple weeks ago. I asked for help at Yelp and Marvin/Sarah responded effiecurntly and friendly. I was helped the next day after talking to Marvin. I have nothing but excellent things to say about his service and communication. Marvin gave me a super great deal and finished the detailing soon and my car looked just like never scratched now! 5 star service and super good price. I recommend this place to everyone!

Recently I had my Alfa Romeo Stelvio detailed at Auto Pro (Fremont) and honestly the experience was excellent. I just moved from Los Angeles to the Bay Area and came across this place by chance. The customer service was top notch and very responsive.Sarah returned my emails and calls within minutes. Maynor was very patient, gave me some helpful maintenance tips for my car, and even showed me around the shop when I arrived.I also like that they're a family owned business... hard workers! They are very professional, knowledgeable, and deliver quality results. It's no surprise they've been in business for almost 30 years.
