I'm a business customer. I came in in a hurry to make a quick transaction. There is no dedicated business line anymore. I was told to go to a line that was ten deep. I'm very disappointed by this treatment

Teresa the Teller at this branch is such a Beautiful and wonderful human being she greeted us so nicely and unfortunately due to my health condition I didn’t make an appointment but she took care of that . And got us an appointment right away . There is a Indian girl on the cash counter too she moved me away last time by saying make an appointment and then come I’ve a severe back pain and herniated disc still she didn’t care where Teresa is such a humble person hope she gets to train more people like herself . Thanks Teresa God bless

This is my favorite Chase in Fremont. The customer service is great every time I visit this location! I am greeted when I walk in, asked what I need and taken care of. While I've waited to open bank accounts, staff members have asked if I want a water. This 5 star is for Andy Bai. He is knowledgeable, friendly and provides amazing customer service. He's supported me with opening a business bank account and throughout the process, he explained everything. He's been available via phone calls to answer all my questions. Wouldn't bank anywhere else!

Went to several branches around the area. This is the only branch that doesn’t accept global entry (US federal department issued ID) as form of ID.

Very unprofessional behavior the customers are not treated the same way if you know the employee you will get ahead in line to make things more shady they have move to checkin at teller so that no one knows who came first people have to wait hour just to get simple answers and helpReally sorry for the situation how this branch is managing

Their customer service sucks. I have been waiting to access the box for over 40 minutes and there are people walking around but won't help at all. They are not all trained to help customer In same way. The lines are piling up and they don't even move as they don't even have enough tellers to assist those people. I am stuck as I have a box here but as soon as I get other bank call me with vacancy in the box I am out of here. Rethink twice before u come to this branch.

I have been banking with Chase for 7 years or more. I have a direct deposit with them. Never had overdraft at all. I always take care of my account like I would take care of my credit. Of my 7 years with them I never felt this bank got my back on anything. For those long years, I only went to them twice for something that won't even cost them anything and yet to no avail. I needed their help in disputing charges of a scrupulous car dealer. I didn't get it. I lost $500 dollars and they don't care at all. A week ago my checking account was compromised. I asked for their help to monitor my pending checks to "force pay it" because I changed my account number. Maria Priscilla and an Indian lady named Sangeeta were very helpful but that is the end of it. My direct deposit was with them but I had to ask for a check from my company just for this pay period because of the incident. When I got my check in the mail, I was trying to make it available because of the delays created by the incident put my finances off track. Mind you, it is the same check that is directly deposited to them for the past 7 years. Plus I have enough balance to cover it. Still, all the excuses not to help. Never ever ask for help from the small, fat Chinese girl with glasses. She appears to be some kind of supervisor but she can't and will not lift a finger to help. I am just waiting for all my checks to clear and I'm closing all my accounts. Checking, savings and will actually discontinue a mortgage application. Big corporate sharks like Chase don't care about people and relationships. Scouting for a good credit union now.

Terrible customer service. Unfriendly, rude, disinterested. They all seemed like they hated their jobs and hated their customers for bothering them. They don’t even have a restroom for their customers.

Calling the check Hold department. As I write this I've been on hold for 2 hours and 27 minutes to ask them to release a regular monthly payment that cleared the issuer's bank 5 days ago. Every one minute and 30 seconds, and in-between distorted music, I'm reminded that my business is valued. Maybe not so much. People have jobs. Kids. Businesses. A life. I challenge the manager of this dept. to call at 3:15 pm and try to get through. Wait... the Muzak just stopped. But there is no one on the other end. I guess I should hang up because I'm still hearing static.
