Had the most wonderful customer service of my life, staff is friendly but I had the pleasure to meet Patricia she was professional, respectful, and honesty the sweetest person ever!! she handled my situation in a timely matter, I was in and out with a huge smile on my face! Thank you!. The chase on Christy st is closer but I will be coming to this branch from here on out because of her!

Did not know the procedure to do rep payee , gave me the wrong information and did not follow up. I called other branch to find out and I had to resubmit my application to start again

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Parking lot is a little tight with traffic and one of the ATMs had no money or couldn't accept checks. Hopefully that gets fixed soon.

Where to begin? Have an unresolved issue over escrow for over 1 year. Provided all the documentations. Put on hold for countless hours on the phone. Nothing's resolved. Phone # is useless, a web of confusion, waiting, and nothingness. Scheduled a time to meet with a local banker at a branch, it ends up double booking the banker - another waste of time. Too bad I didn't have a choice with my mortgage, as Chase bought it from another company ... but the lesson here is I will NEVER EVER bank with Chase. Poor customer service. Poor phone service. Doesn't care about the customer. Just stay away. There are plenty other banks you can bank with.

Stay away from this branch if you are of private client status and expect decent customer service. One star because the branch is convenient to me. Visit #1- I came in and requested private client services to open yet another account here and was directed to a disengaged lady on her phone (upon walk in). Once prompted by other staff that I was there for private client services she seemingly and reluctantly verbalized to me to come to her desk. Given her initial body language and lack of customer service skills I would have immediately requested someone else, but she was the only one there. Once I sat down, she immediately seemed bothered (for I probably interrupted her texting convo). I went on to explain that I needed to open a another savings account and make a deposit. While handing over my docs I asked if this can be done within 30 mins? (the amount it usually takes in my past experience with Chase and other banks) and she said no probably a couple of days. Taken aback I said, "that's too long" especially given my past experiences of getting any type of account opened with a account number within 30 mins. After, she looks at me blankly and went on to say pretty much nothing, again her whole demeanor was as if I was bothering her and taking up her time; clearly she didn't want to work much less move. Livid and just appalled by what I was experiencing I walked out and took my money elsewhere. Visit #2 (2 days later, for the weekend passed and now it's the following Monday)- Once again, upon arrival I see her on her phone and she doesn't notice me because of it. I walk into the general line so I don't have to deal with her. The teller who is professional processes my deposit and gets approval for a item I requested and calls the other private client associate who was present that day (a male (mentioned for ID purposes), for I refused to work with her given her past presentation to me. He then comes (no hello or acknowledgment and processes my request). I guess after seeing the balances, he finally decided to give a curtesy nod and departs. After this pretentious nod, I said to myself, "Well maybe he will be better than the first private client associate, given that's all that's here?", to which I immediately decide against for within one min of his departure he too is on the side of me talking to the initial rude associate about Christmas plans they have and so forth. Given their conversation I'm hearing while waiting for the teller to give me corporates number (so I can file a complaint, as my fellow customers told me to do after hearing my experience after visit #1) I decide not to initiate my complaint with him for I see it would fall on deaf ears. Well that's my testimony for this location. Off to write Chase corporate, but Yelp is so much more effective!! Advice: In any business, Customer Service is key and always will be!! For anyone's financial status, race, or stereotypes you personally carry, put it to the side and just be a human professional; especially in this case when it's a service you offer at a so called "Private Client Service Level". Moreover, stay off your personal phones or at least go to the break room for personal "holiday" discussions. As for Chase, thanks for the deposit, but it will soon be transferred to institutions that are professional, timely, and respect my needs and time with above and beyond customer service.

A very good community bank that goes behind expectations to get your needs meet of course if you can't make it to the big branch on Fremont Boulevard. The women who work here are awesome and they are very diverse and the guys are courteous!

Complete waste of time, have multiple accounts with them for 12 years and they had me come back to bring documents they already have on file to open a high school account for my son. Some idiots are setting the rules.

Every time I goto this branch I have nothing but problems here and I went this morning and all of sudden they tell me my funds won't be available till tomorrow evening and when I goto the other branches I never have this issue I've been banking with chase for a long time and they seem to always have a problem
