Literally made an appointment with a banker. He's off. They told me they had no other bankers and didnt bother giving any fixes . What the heck is the point of making an appointment one week in advance.
The receptionist gave no cares and just basically told me it is what it is. No offers to reschedule or find another banker. Just blank stares

Bank employees are very unprofessional and disrespectful , they’re not following the regulation of the line to help customers by turn.
Unfortunately, I experienced this and reminded the bank employee to follow line regulations.

I wouldn’t trust these bankers. They engage in questionable practices, violate privacy, and seem to be involved in US Aid scams. Be cautious about opening credit cards with them, as it seems like they’re more interested in selling your information than actually helping you. The whole situation feels suspicious, and people should be aware of how their data is being used. Stay alert and protect yourself from potential fraud.

Actual joke of a branch. Called them at 2 pm and no one answered. Called multiple times, called the advisors number that I’m supposed to meet with no response. The people there are unhelpful, late to appointments, actual joke of a bank branch

I worked with someone who is quite helpful, prompt, and friendly. I needed to get some yen for my trip to Japan and it was a very speedy smooth process.

They baited you in with above-market account opening bonus, and after weeks (after you followed up on your own), they told you that you're not eligible and they could "kindly" help to close your newly opened account. Is this how you boost the customer metrics?
Even worse, you showed up on time at the branch for your appointment in the weekend, and then you're just informed that your banker is on leave today without prior notice from either the personnel or the system.

This branch must improve its employee training. Whenever I visit, the staff seem uninformed and unprepared. They consistently fail to utilize available resources before turning customers away with a 'no.' Utilize your resources before denying assistance.

This branch doesn't deserve any rating! They have the worst customer service. To open the safe box u first have to stand in a long line. Then you have sit and it may take them up to an hour to even come get you to open your box. They are always understaff at the tellers and other staff just walks around in circles but doesn't help you. The system they have is so bad that even the staff looks lost with their own system. If I didn't have the box here I would never use this branch.
