This branch must improve its employee training. Whenever I visit, the staff seem uninformed and unprepared. They consistently fail to utilize available resources before turning customers away with a 'no.' Utilize your resources before denying assistance.

This branch doesn't deserve any rating! They have the worst customer service. To open the safe box u first have to stand in a long line. Then you have sit and it may take them up to an hour to even come get you to open your box. They are always understaff at the tellers and other staff just walks around in circles but doesn't help you. The system they have is so bad that even the staff looks lost with their own system. If I didn't have the box here I would never use this branch.

I am the Senior Manager for my business across the street and have been banking at this location for years. I happened to forget my ID as they request in order to get change. Well after I do my deposit they still wouldn't give me change because I forgot my ID. Definitely will be switching branches. I'm in customer service and being in Management I make exceptions for my loyal customers. I was making change not pulling money out. Ridiculous

Chase is terrible, everything is done by phone now huge bureaucracy , transferred around hung up on no accountability. Save your time and bank someplace else.

absolutely worst customer service! I was there waiting for someone to take care my business account. The banker was telling me after the current customer, the ppl who can take care of the business acc will have to go on lunch break for one hour! I was like Wxx. Wasting my time!!!

A hole in the wall place. Here you can coffee and breakfast at Panera and even a Boba drink next door. It's close to Lowe's also. Has an ATM and a security guard

My first time going to this Chase Bank. I was really disappointed to see there is no hand sanitizers at any station or by doors. I asked the bank teller if they had any hand sanitizers I can use after touching the key pad and using the pen, she said yes and she pointed to one behind her. I asked if they had one I can use she looked confused and asked a coworker and she was more confused and said no we don’t t have any. Definitely my first and last time I will go.
