This Citibank branch is the best. They always resolve account issues that I wasn’t able to resolve with other branches within mins.Staffs are extremely helpful

Don't underestimate this small bank. The branch manager is customer oriented. The only issue is the location is a little bit hard to get in and out. And the parking is limited.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had banking. The manager was inconsiderate of my time and basically said it's my fault why there's an issue. I would never recommend Citi Bank to anyone. I have not had one positive interaction or activity with a Citi Bank. Safe yourself the time and stress they're useless. Customer service terrible along with their attitudes. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Really bad customer service. I had appt at 11:45am. And I arrived at 11:30am. They keep skipping me until 12:30pm. I waste my time on the couch for 1 hr. And other customers came after me also get served before me. It is ridiculous.

This review is specifically for Gloria. I waited in line for 20 min to have temporary checks issued. The staff helping me says they don't do that anymore. Gloria was standing next to this staff and practically yelling at me saying they can't help me because they don't issue temp checks anymore. So I said okay and asked if I can just order a check box then. Gloria tells me yes but only after when another staff returns from lunch break. I asked why she can't help me right now while her staff goes on lunch, she says she has clients waiting in her room. I then told her I've been here earlier than her clients. She couldn't even respond to that. I know clients who are opening accounts more valuable to her but this doesn't mean they should treat their existing customers like this. I'm closing my Citibank after this. Ridiculous.

One of the best Citibank branches in Fremont area. It's a small branch comparing to some of the others, but the service here is second to none. Never had to wait for a very long time here; always the line moves quick. It hasn't changes after Covid times as well. They are enforcing the physical distancing and mask is mandatory. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Only problem is the parking. Extremely hard to find a parking close to the branch. They have some dedicated spots for Citibank, but always seen it occupied.

Ouch! The Citi credit card service is painfull. They are sorry about the long delays due to Corona 19. The supervisor was unavalible so I decided to close the credit card account. The worker on the phone was very sorry and cordgil but could not help in ant way. It took 37 minutes to see pic to close the account at ZERO ballance.

very bad customer service from the banker named Steve Cruz ï¼he lied to meï¼he let go home made it myself after he heard i only want to transfer $500 to foreign account。he told me if i do myself on computer it will charge lower fee,but acturally there is no different。he just dont want to help customer。

This location need to improve the customer service. If I can give zero star, I may do that. The lady in the counter l, clearly doesn't know how to work in world wide bank. My account is not from local here and she said she couldn't find my account. I went to the other office in Automall and they help me so nicely.
