“My production plant went down due to a servo controller that is now obsolete. I was able to get everything I needed to repair it and Chris did an awesome job of setting me up with the right parts. This will be my go to place for obsolete parts from now on.”

“Our Windows 10 PC wouldn't boot up. A friend recommended Tri-Cities, and I am awed and appreciative of the wonderful work Gary Pindar did for us. The refurbished PC is so much faster than what we started with it is amazing. The price was very reasonable, as was the time to finish. Gary is easy to work with and explains options and how-tos very clearly.”

“My company often purchases hard to find, refurbished, and EOL parts from Eric Williamson of Hard Disk Direct. Eric is very responsive, always helps us find what we need, and sometimes able to offer us a discount. We have had a good experience with the refurbished equipment we have purchased. In those rare instances where something did not work as expected Eric has responded right away and quickly shipped a replacement to us. I have read the negative reviews posted but have not had that same experience. I recommend Eric and his team at Hard Disk Direct.”
