“My production plant went down due to a servo controller that is now obsolete. I was able to get everything I needed to repair it and Chris did an awesome job of setting me up with the right parts. This will be my go to place for obsolete parts from now on.”
“My dad used to come here all the time now I’m the customer it’s not there anymore. I always fix iPhones and MacBooks. That is definitely better than other shops in the air and highly recommend this place.”

“My company often purchases hard to find, refurbished, and EOL parts from Eric Williamson of Hard Disk Direct. Eric is very responsive, always helps us find what we need, and sometimes able to offer us a discount. We have had a good experience with the refurbished equipment we have purchased. In those rare instances where something did not work as expected Eric has responded right away and quickly shipped a replacement to us. I have read the negative reviews posted but have not had that same experience. I recommend Eric and his team at Hard Disk Direct.”

“I've been employed at Iron's India Subsidiary and the amount of half baked reviews have compelled me to write this review. It's heart-breaking to see how many genuine opportunities must have been turned down due to negativity from a fraction of people who either never worked for Iron or worked only for short term and the backed out.First and foremost, most reviews mention specific problem with "Indian" employees. Yes, 95% employees are from India and so does other major companies do e.g., Microsoft, Google, Meta, etc. So stop being blatantly racist on this.Secondly, most reviewers are "Dispatch Technicians" or "FTE" who haven't worked with Iron at all. They have issue with "Spam" mail because they explicitly shared their mail for employment opportunities over Monster, LinkedIn or any other employment website. Few reviewers mention issues with pay, well there could be some occasions where payments have been delayed but they never intend to take away your salaries.Thirdly, some reviews mention it as "Scam". I want to let those fake reviews know that they are lucky to not get defamation suit from Iron legal. Iron employs thousands of people either through third party or directly for hundreds of different clients. If it was a SCAM, then this company wouldn't have lasted for almost a decade. So stop misguiding people and spreading Half-Baked reviews. Such reviewers have actually either backed off or abandoned the projects for which they were hired.TLDR: Most negative reviews in no way reflect the true nature of Iron. Every month, hundreds of people are recruited for various positions globally not only in the US but LATAM, EMEA and APAC Regions. First work for this company and there are different teams to always help you and guide you if any issues are faced by recruited resources. If you get an opportunity, don't let it go but get the first hand experience yourself and then make judgement.”
“These folks offered by far the best price on a Synology NAS device. They shipped promptly and the item arrived well packaged in perfect condition. It setup perfectly and runs great. I would highly recommend these folks and plan to do business with them again.”
