“I spent years at Jupiter Systems as a hardware designer, along with a bunch of other bright boys. We made all our own products. Video went everywhere. With their 980 system, I actually implemented dual Zeons in Compact PCI, giving us unprecedented power. I got to design most of the PixelNet nodes too. Eric Wogsberg drove that project himself, with me on the hardware. We had a capable software designer too.The Founders were a technical wizard named Frank Spahn and the president, Eric Wogsberg.It was a great place to work.Eric found out he was dying toward the end, and arranged the sale to the current Jupiter team.I can't testify for the new management. Jupiter now sells video solutions made by others, and I was gone in the change of ownership.I can testify to at least a decade of technical excellence and technical ambitiousness by Jupiters' founders.”

The mark of a great business is how they act when things don’t go well. This is where my SF Cable was great and why I’ll go out of my way to use them whenever I can.
They accidentally sent me cables with a C5 connector instead of C13, so just before lunch time on Friday I called the number on the invoice, hit the digit for returns, and was transferred to a person. She asked for my order and what the issue was, confirmed they had the right ones in stock, and asked for me to email a picture of the wrong cables. I sent the email and before the end of the day I had confirmation that the replacements were shipped.
No fuss. No stress. The issue got fixed and it got fixed quickly. Thank you very much, and I’m glad to have stumbled across your store!”
