Customer service sucks. Takes forever to get a response from their support team on anything. No phone support. Overall overpriced especially for such bad support.

Nice products. I bought an ATX PC case, power supply unit, several mice, headphones. Their build quality was good! Recently I bought a HS60 Haptic headphone, I was amazed by its good sound quality. The power unit was failed in 2 years, but was covered under warranty. Keep up good work!
