They made us wait almost full day on Sunday in Costco to install 2 tires. At the end of the day, they didn’t follow the instructions and changed the wrong tire, also didn’t do the tire balancing which was included in the price. My car became worse than before. I don’t recommend their tire center to anyone.

I had a flat tire and went to Costco Tire Center. Jenna helped me with the appointment—she was friendly, explained everything clearly, and even noted my account for priority service in case the same issue happens again. The wait time was a bit long, but the team still provided great service. They even rotated my tires without me having to ask. Overall, very satisfied with the support and care.

Had a good experience with this costco tire center today. Went in for a punctured tire repair and noticed TPMS sensors were bad on some wheels. The tire technicians called me to inform me which sensors were bad and recommended me on the best steps. Fair pricing for the sensors. Friendly staff and would come again.

I had an appointment for a Friday at 4 pm. They helped me promptly and finished the tire rotation in just over an hour. The customer service was good and the employees were friendly.

I usually wouldn’t bother leaving review unless it is ridiculously outstandingly bad or good. In this case it’s bad. 3/25/24 I brought in my car, booked an appointment, got all 4 tires changed in about 2 hours. Beautiful. But they forgot to recalibrate my TPMS and I have to bring in again the next day, went through the whole process again which they could have done it in 2 mins. The yellow light is gone but number still doesn’t show up yet. The technician said nothing he can do in a way that he doesn’t even care. Just got his job done, whatever it fixed or not, doesn’t matter

Not sure what’s up with this store. It’s super attractive proposition to drop your car, shop for an hour and pick it back up.
But no. There is a frustratingly long line to drop and to pick up. Like about 30 min. The front desk just has one person, who inevitably is on the phone, prioritizing the caller over the line in front of him.
Also, I am not sure, but they seem to be optimized to sell tires cs maintenance tasks like patching etc. call them to ask before you drop in if they have your tires and save an hour in the line.

Zero star. I had low air pressure in a tire. Booked appointment and dropped off the car. Got a call saying that I need to replace all 20 lug nuts for 4 tires before they can take a tire off. Went to dealership and parts shop. They confirmed that nothing wrong with lug nuts. Marc at Costco tire had manipulated me to deny service basically. Saw another similar review. This is beyond horrible and utter time waste. Do not fall for Costco tire.
They know that customers will find out this BS about lug nuts. So, he said they cannot take tire off with the tools available to them. Any BS to avoid doing work.

Terrible customer service at this Costco Tire Branch in Pacific Common, Fremont.
The lead guy that I forgot his name (short Guy) and the mean girl (short girl) were awful.
They made me wait there for 45 minutes on an appointment.
Over All I received terrible treatment and very bad experience. Will never go there again for any tire service, period.

Costco tire centers in the bay area a disaster, but I figured I'd try this one since it's close to me. Ordered tires that were in stock at this location, and scheduled install. 2 days later, order cancelled with no explanation. America's tire has been flawless, os back to them I go.
