My finger got injured ! it’s bleeding ! I didn’t like their service not welcoming behavior at all worst experience I ever had.

I don’t think 2 of their nail technicians are very experienced because we went here twice and my daughter’s finger was injured. Last time my finger was bleeding bad too.
I will not go back and I was charged for $65 on acrylic and just removing my daughter’s fake nails.
I’m a filing a complaint to the better business bureau and the state to check if they are certified to work on nails.

Everything was great on my end. I had a acrylic nail fill with gel polish and my nails were perfect and are still holding up no chipping or breaking on week 3 now. Only thing is my mom had just a regular gel manicure and her nails are also lasting the same as mine it's just they were a little heavy handed on her nails and scraped her finger, but other than that I recommend this nail salon
Stylist: Nina did my nails. She's the best and recommend her the most.

The lady who does the nails made a 7pm appointment to do a full set and do my daughter's manicure and pedicure. We were there at 7pm. But she took me at 730 and we got out at 9pm and she did such a horrible job with my nails, looked thick, short and looked like very unprofessional. .She charged me a full amont $150 and did not applogize or anything. My daughter's manicure was Gell and after few days it start chipping off. I had to go back, she had to redo mine but did not do anything with my daughter. The lady was arguing that my 14th year old daughter was cooking or something that is why her gell was coming off. I will never go back in this salon. It appears to me all she wants to do is to make money but don't care about the rest.

I just had the most wonderful experience at CT Nails & Spa! Asked for a gel manicure and pedicure! Best manicure/pedicure I've ever had. Love the service -- they do nails and toes at the same time and cater to any time requests you have. Their classic pedicure felt like a pedicure I would normally pay extra for. Loved it.

My go to nail salon for a pedicure! It's convenient for me as it is walking distance for me but the best part about pedicures here is the massage. They don't rush the massage like a lot of other places I've been to. I forgot to ask who serviced my pedicure on Thursday but she did an amazing job with the massage. My nail shape was a little off on my big toes which I didn't notice until after the polish but the massage made up for it.

I made a HUGE mistake coming here. I wanted to like this place since it's close to my work. Its dingy interior with karaoke style instrumental music playing should have been my clue to leave.
All I needed was to have my gel nail polish removed. I walked to the door and it was locked, but a lady came quickly to the door to open it. She was friendly and asked what I needed. I replied, "I just need my gel polish removed and a manicure with no nail polish." Sounds easy right?! Apparently it was not. I sat down and another lady came up to me to inspect my hands. They were speaking Vietnamese and all I heard was "gel polish." The lady working on me then grabbed her drill and began to aggressively file the gel polish off! So much that it WAS HURTING!!!! She even grazed the skin of my finger with the drill!!! Worst part...she didn't even get all of the nail polish off and now my nails are SO TENDER from her drilling!!! Not once did she try to use acetone. She went strictly drill. Honestly, I have never ever gotten a manicure to the point of leaving in PAIN! BTW, this was $25!!!

Second time coming and another great experience! Prices are very affordable and the staff are attentive and kind. Hang was awesome!! I appreciate the care that was put into my service by pedicurist as well. 10/10
