Maya is the best! She'll look at your face and features and will let you know what hairstyle will fit you best. Finding a hairstylist who you could trust with your hair is difficult. But when you find the one, you will keep coming back. That's how I feel about Maya. She's quick, efficient, and does a fabulous job! Highly recommend!!

Cutting Edge Salon is my favorite spot for haircuts and styling. I have been going there for more than two years now. The vibe’s always chill, and everyone is super welcoming. Jennifer is my go to, she's so friendly and always nails the exact look I want. Highly recommended her!

It was easy to book an appointment online. I was ok with the cut - it wasn't bad but it wasn't exactly what I wanted - I got lots of layers and bangs, which is always an adjustment. I went mid-week late morning, so I thought there was enough time to get my hair done. I got sat in the chair, spritzed with water, and the stylist got to work. I figured since my cut included bangs, she wanted to cut the hair dry to make sure they weren't too short and she would wash after. My appointment was for a women's cut, which apparently does not include wash and style...every other salon I've been to includes this, but every salon operates differently and it was silly of me to assume. The thing is, she asked me after the cut if I wanted to wash and style, and I said yes since that's what I'm used to. In the meantime, a man walked in with an appointment while I was getting my blow dry/style, and I felt my stylist was rushed. I guess he was her next appointment, and she needed to get to him asap. Again, I chose a late morning appointment mid-week so that there would be time to get my hair done (cut and style). In the end, the shampoo and styling was an extra charge on top of the cut, and while it wasn't insanely expensive, it would be great to have all those options available when booking online. I wanted to like this place but I'm afraid I won't be back. I think it's good for quick men's cuts since those were the only people I saw come in besides a lady with very short hair. On the plus side, both stylists were really nice, the salon is clean, and they had good music on. Also, hair grows back and it's just not that big of a deal. I was just a little disappointed.

Weirdest hair salon ever, I really don't know how they got 4+ stars. First, I received a call to ask me if I wanna go in 10 or 15 minutes because someone else cancelled? No... And when I arrived at the booked time, the first impression was that this hair salon is old and dark, it's like a rundown store that no one cares to replace any burnt bulbs. The appointment was for 30 minutes at least I believe but my hair dresser finished my hair cutting in 2 minutes, yes 2 minutes, she cut a straight line on the back, one slant cut on the left another one on the right. That's it. And she blew my hair to a 25% dryness level. When she was done I couldn't even see how the hair cut looked because my hair was basically just like pat dried and still very damp. And know what? When she was blowing my hair she even tried to fix my head to a certain angle like she was styling my hair? But she left my hair damp and called it done. This place was the weirdest ever.

Jenny and Maya are both great, I always leave loving the way I look. They're great to work with when I want to change up my style a bit. Even if I'm not completely sure what I want or how to describe what I'm thinking, I trust their judgement because I know whatever they do is going to come out looking good in the end.

I booked a same day appt for my son and was within 15 minutes of coming in. Had been looking for a barber who could handle a 2 year old squirming and give him a great haircut still. She handled everything very well and 2 weeks later still growing out well. Thank you!

I would give 0 star if I could. Just had the worst hair washing experience here. The service was awful and they are dishonest about the price. Before the hair washing process began, I told my stylist, Jennifer, try not to get water on my face because I just had a laser surgery on my face skin. However, she not only splashed water on my face but also left shampoo in my right ear. Not to mention that she went to answer a phone call and opened the front door in the middle of the process. After washing my hair, Jennifer roughly tied up my hair and put me under a hooded hair dryer so that she can attend to another walk-in customer. As the customer who made a reservation beforehand, I felt very disrespected. That hooded dryer messed up my hair and made me extremely uncomfortable. Then Jennifer blow dried my hair about 5 minutes and said she is done - most of my hair was still wet! Finally, Jennifer said that the price for hair wash service ($10) I saw when making my appointment online is for men only. And since she blow dried my hair (only 5 mins), I will be charged $25. I wouldn't mind paying more for women's hair but she should have informed me in advance. Obviously this salon is not clear with customers about prices. She finally charged me $20 (before tips), which is more than expected. I will never step foot to this salon again. Extremely disappointed & waste of money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON!

They double booked us and gave the person after us the chance to get a haircut. This place also has a very Offsetting vibe. It also severely lacks quality.

We love Jennifer and have been going to her for our kids' haircut for the last 3 years. She has a lot of patience with young ones and is very detail-oriented.
