The pharmacy here is terrible: I CALLED to confirm receipt of new dosage of Rx but when I went to pick up they had the old dosage. (The person I spoke to on the phone confirmed the new Rx.) This type of thing happens OFTEN at this location. If my insurance allowed me to go somewhere else I would.

I have been with CVS for a very long time. I feel the pharmacy people are nice, patient and just want to help me get my prescription. The store is clean and welcoming to explore the aisle if I have to wait. I will be back again.

The staff here lied to me. When I called about my prescription they told me my prescription was ready but when I went to pick it up they said the insurance didn't cover it. I asked "Sapurna" who claimed to be the pharmacist "why would someone working at the pharmacy would lie about my prescription" , she just shrugged and had no explanation. She did not ask me the time of my call because she didn't care about me as a CVS customer. Watch out for liars here.

I decided to switch from Walgreens to CVS because of the latter's refusal to send abortion medication to those in need. Well, I'm going to have to put my principles aside and go back to Walgreens or keep looking for an alternative because CVS is an absolute hot mess of a store.At lessr 1/3 of the store looked like a hurricane had swept through or a smash and grab gang had just rampaged through (beauty supplies,.make up, hair products etc) -- with most products missing from shelves, mixed in with others , or on the floor... I finally gave up looking for the one item I had come for and of course there is zero customer service at this store. I asked the store clerk what was going on and she looked back at me blankly, asked what I was talking about and when repeated my self- shrugged her shoulders.

One of the main issues with this pharmacy is that one lady who's in charge is super rude, short with you and doesn't care about you. Only focuses on getting the orders filled and she's to busy to help you. It has been frustrating especially while trying to use the single care coupon or good rx. Never had an issue when I was at Luckys.

Customer service is not great at all. I came to pick up my photos that were suppose to be done at 2pm (it's 6pm) and the 2 young girls looked for them, didn't find them and didn't say anything to me. So I waited 10 min to the side . Then another girl asked me what I needed and I said photos . She said the printer hasn't been printing and she doesn't know when it will be ready. She told the other girl it was out of paper . Seems like nobody was attending to the photo area today . Very messy back there. So we waited another 10 min and the girl who was suppose to help me, clocked out and didn't say one word to me. When we looked at the printer it said paper jam. I really wanted to mail out these holiday cards by tomorrow morning . Pretty bummed out right now . Have to come back tomorrow and I'm worried they still might be done. Not coming back here. Will try the other CVS on the other side of Fremont .

The only location to 100% shut down pharmacy during business hours. Funny thing is they don't even follow their own lunch hours they closed 5min early and looked right at me as they closed the gate. Good job on losing a customer for good just save everyone and shut down the other CVS around the area do laps around you guys when it comes to work and cutomer service

Awful customer service at the pharmacy. I called to get prescriptions transferred to this phamacy. The pharmacist who answered literally said “you have to call the other store” and hung up on me. I’m assuming she was very stressed, but being hung up on without a chance to ask a question was not a pleasant experience. Next time, I’d love to see the pharmacist exhibit a degree of care for their customers. I’ll be switching to Walgreens as a result of this.

The whole business is really dirty & dusty. The selection of items is always low and or old stock. The staff here tries their absolute hardest to be as low contact as possible with their customers. You're expected to use their filthy self checkout machines and to juggle your items out the door with no option to have a bag. The Newark location is the same, unfortunately.

Had an appointment today for a booster shot around 5pm. I came for my appointment on time only to find out that I would have to come back 1 hour 15 min later because the person administering the vaccination needed to go on their lunch break. What's the point of having an appointment then. I came back around 6:30pm and there was a long line of about over 10+ people waiting to get their vaccination. I ended up just cancelling my appointment and scheduling else where. Totally a complete waste of time! I will definitely not be coming back to this location.

Mom needed a shingles vaccine so we went for a walk-in vaccination. The pharmacy staff here is AMAZING! I'm specifically writing this review to give a shout out to the pharmacist Kevin! He was literally the sweetest and extremely helpful. He explained everything step by step. He even went out of his way to get us a clip board to fill out the vaccination forms. He made our day. So nice to see someone so passionate about their work and are extremely friendly and kind. Thank you Kevin and the pharmacy staff for being so helpful!

If you value your time, strongly recommend avoiding this location for pharmacy issues. The line for of people waiting to pickup prescriptions is never less than 3 people and the line moves at a rate of about 1 person every 5 minutes (yes, I've timed it - repeatedly). Can't understand why this location is so uniquely slow is handling customer service.
