Absolutely horrible. Everything is locked up and there is ZERO customer service. You click the service button and wait for hours before someone comes and opens the locked cabinets so you can get a tiny little item. Today is my 3rd day in a row when i wanted to buy something. Waiting for 30 minutes and no one showed up. And the store was EMPTY. Not like there’s a line of customers. Never going back to this place

Extremely rude. I put in a same day photo pick up 3 1/2 hours prior to coming in to pick up, and the email said the order will be ready an hour after I placed it. I show up way over the estimated pick up time, and the lady who is working, Dolores, was extremely rude as if I majorly bothered her just by coming in. I asked about my order and she shrugged and said “nobody put it in, it’ll be awhile”. Not even an apology or anything. So disrespectful

I would give this place 0 stars, the pharmacy worker was not helpful at all! They told me to go to a Walmart to find what I need and did not even tell me there was a kaiser nearby! SHE SUGGESTED A WALMART! WALMART! Had to stop by many stops to finally find a Kaiser! I am not even from this area and was so rude!

Another CVS that’s so deserted one would wonder how long it would last. Pharmacy opens at 10am so I was disappointed I couldn’t pick up prescription on my way to work.
Well stocked as usual with products just not with customers.

The store was fully stocked, really clean and the employees helped me find what I was looking for. This is one of the nicest, cleanest, and well stocked stores in the Fremont / San Jose area. The employees are really nice, professional, and they are very receptive and helpful. Chrystyna is an awesome manager and provided me with awesome customer service. She is among the best in the business. I would highly recommend this Pharmacy to anyone in the area or those visiting.

Cam here today try to see if I can get a booster shot because they require it at my school. I'm 19 years old and I'm not working I just got here from different country. There is a really rude lady in the pharmacy I felt so humiliated after the way she talk to me, I have forgot my SS card and I don't memorize it and this lady is really rude and mean she even give me a look/attitude. I just wish I knew her name she is Asian she works in the Pharmacy. She even made a side comment who doesn't know their social security. WELL LADY! I just wished u could have talk to me nicely and maybe told me to come back with SS because in your flyer it says free covid shot that's why I'm there to see if I can get it I ddnt even get any info from u maybe atleast told me to comeback that I need to bring my SS or something! CVS should really check they're employees if they don't know how to talk to customer/ patient properly they should maybe consider another person for that job. I wish u could read this no matter what degree u finish you have a very bad personality!
