Incredibly knowledgeable about vacuum pumps and TVAC, very helpful, good variety of pumps available.Our pumping system broke and they helped me spec out a new system with parts from their stock so we could get back to testing as soon as possible.

I placed an order on line on 9/26, paid by credit card. Eight days later (10/3) it finally shipped, though all the pieces were shown as "in stock" when I placed the order. Prices are OK, but if you are waiting for parts to finish a job, the time lost is more important than a few dollars saved. Even Lesker is faster than this, though they are also known to be slow.

After 35+ years of doing business with Duniway they failed to deliver on a Hardware piece. I purchased an OVER-PRESSURE OUTER CENTERING RING on the Web today. I can't say I've had a lot of applications for this hardware, but the hardware is common on multiple websites.
