I make a deposit today. The dates on the receipt are both wrong and no one bothers to correct it. The stamped date is 1/26 (2 days ago), the computer printed date is 1/30 (2 days later). How can a financial institution be so lousy?

Terrible customer service at this location in Mission Blvd! I handed my debit card to the teller and thought it would be easier for her to find my account number. The teller threw my card away and told me the card has been closed. That is so rude! How could she throw someone's card without asking for permission. I feel so offended by her behavior and attitude.

Great friendly service from all the staff here every time I come by. They always strive for perfect customer service and it shows. Appreciated working with Amy, Nanxi, Jane, Maggie, Grace, Amy L. on several occasions. It is also helpful that they all speak English and different dialects of Chinese. Wouldn't want to bank anywhere else!

It's a pretty standard Chinese bank. Use the button at the door to be buzzed in. The staff all speak English and Chinese and are friendly and quick enough to make every visit straightforward and fast.
