Excellent place to stay, surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to I-680. The staff is friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early at no extra cost. The room is comfortable with a great bed and pillows, plus the convenience of cooking facilities and a full-size fridge. Free parking is a bonus, and it's conveniently located near stores like Safeway. Within walking distance of restaurants and cafes, my overall experience was fantastic, and I would return without hesitation. Despite a few issues with my key card, the staff was consistently kind, apologetic, and helpful. They were very accommodating, and I appreciated their understanding when I extended my stay and requested a cleaning.Rooms: Embrace simplicity in my cozy room – it may not be a fancy hotel, but it's a comfortable retreat that welcomes you with warmth and practicality, creating a home away from home.Walkability: Enjoy the convenience of walkability with a gas station, cafe, and grocery stores just steps away – making every stroll a blend of fuel, caffeine, and groceries in a single neighborhood.

We checked in mid March for 7weeks at Warm Springs. Tidy, quiet, convenient location, efficient and helpful staff. Good experience! Would like to consider living in again if the price is good!

This Warm Springs Extended Stay America in Fremont is my favorite place to stay when I am in Fremont, California. The location is located near some great shopping, and places to eat. The staff are very friendly, and the check in process is very easy. The rooms are comfortable with a small kitchen in each room. They are pet friendly, but that will cost you extra. This location is a safe place stay, with many security measures in place. Keep on mind they do not offer breakfast, but they do have vending and laundromat. I recommend using their website or download their app to book a stay.

I stayed here for 2 weeks from 25th March 2023 to 8th April 2023. I forgot my chopping board in the Kitchen area. When I called the hotel to check if I could collect it from the lost and found, the front desk person bluntly replied that they threw it away. HOW COULD THEY DO THIS? These people don't have a courtesy to atleast call and check with the customer if he would be taking his item back or atleast keeping it in the lost & found area for a week or two. Also, during my 2 weeks of stay, I observed that there is ZERO HOSPITALITY, they are short of house keeping staff so room cleaning services would be done only once a week, WI-FI has a very weak connection which keeps on fluctuating intermittently and you may not be able to work.

I had a great experience here for a short stay. Larry especially was courteous and went out of his way to treat me well. Much appreciated and I would recommend this place to others. Good value.

I recently stayed at this location due to renovations at my house and I gotta say this was pretty terrible you can hear the noise from other rooms dogs barking kids running down the hall and even smell marijuana and not to mention the wifi is very faulty sometimes I would have connection and sometimes I won't which made it very difficult for me to do my online work I will not be staying here again

I recently stayed at extended stay due to the fact that it was close to my location of business. I purchased food to keep in my room and found that when I returned to my room, there were ants all over the unopened food that I recently purchased. I was forced to throw away food that I had recently purchased due to the fact that they had penetrated the packaging. The following day, the ants had tripled but were now surrounding the garbage and scattered around the counter top. I informed the front desk of the situation and was told that there was nothing they could do because management was not on the premises. The least they could have done was move rooms. Also, I was informed they provided complementary breakfast and was welcomed with packets of oatmeal, a cup, and warm water. I would not call this complementary breakfast by any means. I will not be staying at another extended stay any time soon.

All active duty and veterans do not stay here. The African American front desk receptionist (aka as the manager) did not allow me to stay because of my military affiliations. This gentle was on drugs and very disrespectful. I have video of him throwing a gang sign and being completely rude. I asked him to let me speak with the manager and he stated "I am manager and will not issue any refunds or services." Basically they took the funds, disrespected me and let me sleep in my car.

I usually wont write any reviews, but i am writing this so people can make informed decisions. We stayed at this place from 31-Jul-22 - 07-Aug-22. We booked the room in advance for $127 per night.Exorbitant Pet fees - The day i arrived i was told by front. desk that they will be charging $25/day petfee instead of flat fee for the stay. When i booked the hotel they did not mention about these daily charges. Other hotels are charging a flat fee of $40-50 per entire stayElevator issues - The elevator broke for 2 days and they refused to shift us from 4th floor to lower floor even when the rooms are avaialble, so we have to climb the stairs for 2 days.No Room Cleaning - When we requested for room cleaning after 3 days , they mentioned the room cleaning will be done once in 2 weeksDirty Vessels - We received few vessels where the non-stick filament was wornoutI used extended stay a lot previoulsy, but never had this kind of experience. There are better ways to make Money rather than charging all hidden fees. You will get a better hotel and service for the total price they charge

Extended Stay if a fairly economical way to go if you want to stay in a place that is decent and gives you some convenience of home; such as a place to cook and fridge. Rooms are a good size and clean. You can maintain your own or request service if needed. This location is right next to the 680 to Sacramento and San Jose.

Check in was simple and easy. Issues I had were the vehicle noise from the road and the adjacent highway and other guests not respecting the rules of NO Smoking. Marijuana odor in the hallways all night long and even after returning from our outing. Walls doesn't keep the noise out as we also could hear conversations from guests on the other room. The stoves take forever to heat up the felthy pots and pans (non stick materials peeling off) provided.

I believe the last time I stayed at a hotel like this was the motel 6 in the late 90's. It's awful. Old. Everything is terribly old. You get a queen size bed. There is no blow dryer. The kitchen is from the 60's? I'm not even sure how old. Water pressure is very low. We had to unscrew the shower drain because it would stay closed otherwise. The tub/shower/sink is that old yellow plastic. There's no closet just racks in the corner of the room. They have hospital recliners in the corner of the room. And you can ask for late check out...we asked for 12 because we had a phone meeting at 11 and wanted to be able to sit and complete it before checking out. They will come to your door at 12:05 no exaggeration it was 12:05. The young brunette front desk guy will pound on the door and ask you if you're ready to go. Never experienced anything like that at a hotel. I would stay at a motel 6 next time I'd guarantee it would be nicer and I'm sure the warden doesn't come around banging on your door to make sure you're going to check out on time.
