I'd been looking for a Mini Cooper for about a year. There was a specific model, color, etc etc I wanted, so I wasn't in a rush. Eventually, one popped up at Fifty Stars and, for a car dealer, the price was surprisingly reasonable. I live in Santa Cruz and it's a long haul thru traffic to get to Fremont, but Zack answered all my questions, the car checked all my boxes, so off I went. Th car itself was nicer than I expected. Zack told me he'd sold around 150 Minis over the years, a good proportion of them to folks in Santa Cruz. His philosophy was to mark up his cars a small amount, and turn them over quickly. This is true. Other dealers I'd come across ask unreasonable prices for their Minis -- and the cars sit for months on their lots. I know, I'd been watching them. A couple of days after buying the car I had a bit of a problem with an ignition coil. Zack gave me a warranty on the car, but the car was in "limp home" mode and I had no way of getting it back over the hill. I had it fixed by our local Mini specialist -- and Zack was gracious enough to send me a check for the work. I highly recommend Fifty Stars, I'd buy another car from him in a second. I've wanted a Mini since the 60's. I did a long trip into Mainland Mexico with a buddy in his Mini in '67 and wanted one ever since. Zack made it come true.

About a month ago I was looking for a car with my dad and we found one of the cars online and we decided to check it out. At first we didn't like the first car we were looking for since it was to small but Ray was nice enough to help us out and look at the other cars available and luckily we chose one! The car was in amazing condition and nothing was wrong it. He gave us an excellent price for the car as well. He was also very easy to talk to and fun. The registration for the car and everything went by fast and only took a couple hours to get everything done. We'll definitely suggest going here if you're looking for a use car! Thank you again!!

Totally incompetent. Engine light came on before I got home and I've had over 5 repairs done on this thing now (upwards of $2000). Was sold as a clean title, later found the bumper was not flushed and major damage had been done to the cat and exhaust (which cost about $600) as a result of what I think was a rear-ending. This car has ruined my life.

Very bad experience with this. It happened to me on May 2018 when I bought a Ford Fiesta 2011. The guy promised to get me the remote within two weeks and now it's been almost 6 months and I don't have it yet. Don't go there unless you know you have a professional going with you. I couldn't give less one star. I would if I could.

I scheduled an appointment to test drive a car. When I arrived no one was present, the car was in the back of the lot and they did not answer their phone.

Don't buy a car from this dealership!! I bought a car from them a while back and after 3 weeks the entire engine blew!!! And it was a Toyota! Whoever worked on the car put used parts which blew the head gasket and ultimately messed up the entire engine. Drove 2 hours to buy the car and we ended up spending an extra $2000 for the new engine. Never buying from this dealer again. One star because that's lowest it lets me go.

Zach and pavon were super helpful and patient. Made the process a lot better feeling comfortable enough to tell him any concern we had. They answered all and any questions and did what they could to fix anything we did not like.

Went to look for a car advertised in Craigslist. Found that the car had salvation title, it was no where mentioned in the Craigslist listing.
