Had a flat tire and got towed here because it was the closest in the area. Great service from Moe, the store manager, and even gave us a great discount! His team got us out the door in an hour on a busy saturday at the end of day.

Nice people but I feel scammed. I came here for some work because my car was overheating. They said I needed a new radiator and thermostat. Okay cool (1600 dollars btw). I was told I would be okay without doing the thermostat for a bit so I just did the radiator (still about 1100). Got the work done and the car was still overheating. Come to find out the bottom hose the radiator wasn’t even connected to it because they didn’t clamp it. On top of that my car was sitting there at the shop for 4 days and a mouse had gotten into my car from the shop and left damage to my seats. I know this was from their shop as I had got my car detailed pretty often and I’ve never had holes in my seats until after I got it back from the shop. I checked and there was mouse poop and everything inside my car. I called the shop and they didn’t do anything about it but say they were gonna speak to the manager…. All the money I spent and they just gave me more problems with my car instead of fixing it lol. What a joke. Can’t even fix something simple and will just do a half assed Job. Now that I discovered the issue of the hose not being clamped I feel as if they did it on purpose to have me come back to get more work done for something so simple.

Called to confirm when they open. No one showed up on time. Came back to get oil change and it took 6 hours. I was “next” the entire day. They only serviced my car when I came back and waited in the store.
Front desk is barely has a person.

Very friendly staff and they did a good job with the services that I needed to get done. Even though it was really busy, they were accommodating and I will be sure to go back for my next maintenance.

I have been to Firestone a few times and I think they have done a good job on my car. But, I am unpleased with a few things that I would like to list here:
I went to Firestone one weekend (3/22) and I performed the recommended services of replacing Engine Air Filter, Brake Fluid Exchange and Battery corrosion package. I went ahead with the recommendation.
The following weekend, I took my car back for another issue and I was offered the same recommended services. When I asked the gentleman upfront, I was informed these recommendations were on mileage. They don't check the vehicle service history or check if the vehicle needs it. This was very disappointing for me personally. I trusted their recommendation, to find out, my car might actually not need it. As per the quote of gentleman upfront, asked by the manager to sell these services.
I will still take my car to Firestone for tires and oil change. But, I am going to ask them more questions on recommended services before making a decision to get them done.

Took my car to multiple places and they couldn’t fix the issue. Came here and the manager knew exactly what was wrong based off our first conversation. They fixed my car and were very professional. Thank you Firestone!
