Incompetent store manager throws service tech under the bus as my car shuts down after services here. Then says there was no mistake at all when I find out it was her fault. MY FIRST REVIEW is for my final visit to this Firestone. Service here at your own risk. You've been warned. I'd literally recommend any other shop. Only took me several hundred dollar$ to learn this. ...and at the very least, you'd think that a store manager would know proper etiquette when calling customers; she doesn't. Incompetent (the only word id use to describe this branch)

The front desk is very unethical, unprofessional and prejudiced. I had an appointment at 7am and the reason I took the first appointment is to get to my meetings. The front desk lady tells me that she has overnight cars she needs to attend and I have to wait for 2+ hours. Which I reluctantly did WhatsApp surprised me was that the mechanic completed the work like in 45 mins but this lady made me wait for the complete 2 hours before she handed me the keys.

After I paid for the service, I was handed over the inspection report, the representative was not at all interested to explain the report. The tire tread depth was marked as 8 and 8 for front tires and 7 and 7 for rear tires. I asked him how can this reading be different for brand new tires where I just drove the car from home after changing all the 4 tires? He kept blabbering and did not give a good explanation. I am not convinced that the reading can be different for front and rear tires within just 8-10 miles on brand new tires. When I asked for repairs, he told everything is sent to your email, check out and then He told " I am done with you". I am regretting that I paid for lifetime alignment with Firestone and I had to see him everytime I go there for service. Pathetic service.I was thinking that I will get my other car service here, but I will not do that. I will not refer to my friends again.

I tried to get an appointment online which is not a good experience however the guys at my local Firestone made accommodations and got me squeezed in even though there were no more available time slots. Great customer service! Also, I wanted to balance my tires but the manager inspected my tires and found I had cupping and didn’t need to balance but replace 1 tire which he doesn’t carry. I thought that was great customer care as he could have charged me for a service I didn’t need but would have never known that. Thanks Firestone!

Maintenance work was fine. Upselling is big thing here. Customer treatment was very sour. Although, Ms Carmen was professional.

Took my vehicle here this past weekend and got new Firestone LE3's on my SUV. Been going to FS locations for over 15 years and always get the lifetime balancing/wheel alignment with the purchase of my first set of tires. Their FS brand tires are great and have lasted me 10-20k longer than advertised for my last 4 pair purchased. I called ahead to review available specials for a set of 4 new tires and set the appointment accordingly. The customer service was great. The Service Manager James was very helpful pricing out various options/deals and had the work completed very quickly. Thanks James and will be back.

Had a flat and needed a new tire. Front desk clerk was not the friendliest person as there was no nice greeting or any thank you after the order nor after paying and tire repair. They left my car unlocked for about an 1 hr in their back lot with many homeless in the area. Told clerk about the door and all he said that area is safe with no apology.

Recently just brought in my Chevrolet Volt for wheel alignment after getting new tires. I purchased the lifetime wheel alignment from Firestone in 2022 so this was my first experience utilizing this service after initial payment. Ray was extremely helpful, going over what services I came for. He quickly took my information, asked for my keys and told me he would get the car to the technician. I didn't get the name of the technician that performed the wheel alignment, but I appreciate his promptness in getting it done quickly so I wouldn't be waiting too line. In about 25-30 minutes and I was in & out of their shop. I signed the final invoice, $0.00 for the service as expected and there was no push for any other services which I appreciated.

My mom took her car in for an oil change earlier today. Now my mom’s car keeps on dying and she has to restart it. She paid $83 for the oil change and now she has to take it elsewhere to get it fixed. She was told by a lady working behind the desk that my mom put too much oil into her car prior to her car being serviced. My mom stated that she tried driving it around and now her car isn’t working right. She was told that by her putting much oil into her car that she probably damaged her engine and for her to take it back to the dealershipService: Oil change
