Had made an appt for Coolant level not being maintained and A1 service.During that day 11/28, i get a text about the status of A1 service. I had to ask for the status of the issue on coolant. I almost felt like the completely forgot about it. They responded saying not is wrong with my cooling system. At that point, i lost confidence with the service department when i know i had to add coolant every other day. I decided to inspect my own car. There were no fluid on the ground. However, when i removed the bottom cover, there were fresh residue of coolant fluid. The source is coming from the lower radiator hoseI took it to another mechanic to have it check. Per mechanic, he does not know how they can miss the issue since you would have to remove the cover to do oil change for the A1 service.I contacted GM Alejandro Paramo and expressed my frustration. He requested for photos and he told me he would get back to me. That was the last time i heard from him. So disappointed. I highly recommend you take your car elsewhere.

My car was towed due to damaged tire. I contacted Joe who ordered the tire and had the car ready as soon as he received the tire. While waiting, he kept in touch with me via text letting me know the status. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a loaner this time and had to Uber from Alameda to Fremont. Otherwise, their customer service as always was superb.

I got my Mercedes here and have been doing maintenance here for the past two years. I even bought the prepaid maintenance package for seven years (just showed how I trusted this place). My experiences have been positive until this time. If I can give this time's experience a negative star, I would.1. I scheduled the service for 12:00 pm. Then on the day of the appointment, someone called me at 11:00am asking whether I can take my car there at 11:30am. I happened to have time and said yes. By itself it was no big deal (although I already was a bit unhappy about them changing time), but this plus what happened later really annoyed me.2. I got there, and was asked whether I need shuttle or Uber voucher. But actually it turned out I have no choice but to use the shuttle service (I didn't know that until later when I requested a Uber voucher to go back to pick my car but was told no such option). Anyway I was somewhat pushed to this shuttle service, which was also an unpleasant experience. When getting onto the car, I told the driver my address. He said he knows how to get to the Avenue where my home is nearby, which was fine then. But then it turned out after he exited the highway, I had to navigate him thru GPS about how to get to the address using my cellular. 3. Then it was a totally disaster when I wanted to go back to pick up my car. I called them to get a Uber voucher (had no idea that was no longer an option as I was asked previously whether wanting a Uber voucher or not). I ended up calling them five or six times, and every time someone picked up my phone, and said that they would get me a Uber voucher ASAP. Until the sixth time when I finally got super frustrated as the store would close soon and I still got nothing after several calls in 2 hours, I called the technician and was told Uber voucher is no longer an option and I have to go to pick up my car at my own expenses (again, seriously?! Even if this was true, you could have told me earlier earlier on). 4. Anyway, I was so annoyed at this point and just wanted to get my car back. I got a Uber at my own expenses. After getting to the store, I asked to talk to the technician because I wanted to know why my tire pressure was low (this was the only reason I even scheduled the services), then again, I was told by the cashier that technicians are no longer onsite, despite it was still before 6pm. I asked again and pushed to see technician, and magically, the technician was now onsite?!I honestly don't understand why a regular routine service could be such a disaster, especially given my past experiences have been positive. I wish I didn't have to leave this review but this really disappointed me!

I am sorry I can't give them ZERO stars This dealership took my $5,000 deposit on the car and the called me 2 days later to INFORM me that they sold the car WITHOUT starting the return on my deposit MUCH less call me to let me know they were going to do it. I had work with my account as well as had been emotionally involved on this color and selection for the G class . JUST UNTHINKABLE how they treated me. Funny because I use to only buy Mercedes until they were not that great anymore and I moved to Rovers and Teslas .. only to go back after all these year to be treated like that

We just purchased a new car the other week here- our first electric car and first Mercedes at that. I usually feel a bit intimidated when I go into dealerships- idk why but I just do. But as soon as we stepped in the staff warmly welcomed us and were very nice. The whole process was superb. Buying a car can sometimes be a very long process but they worked efficiently and took the time to show us all the car's features. An electric car is so different along with Mercedes fancy features so it was a lot for me to learn but our guy took the time to answer questions and go through all the functions which I really appreciated. We really felt taken well care of and if we are in the market for a new car in the future I would definitely be back here at this dealership. We are very happy customers!

If your going to buy a car, specifically a Mercedes, this is the only place to go! Samir provided the best car buying experience I have ever had. The follow up from the dealership is perfection. Your treated with respect and your not being pressured into buying. We own four Mercedes and over the years have spent well over 500k so when I tell you this is the place......trust me, this is the place and Samir is the guy to see. I initially came into the dealership to browse cars but ended up leaving with my dream car !! I was helped by sales manager Marvin Ledesma. He was not only patient with my constant nagging, he met every concern with a very transparent answer. I kept him ant the dealership until almost 12am and he patiently helped me find my dream car and wouldn’t let me settle until I was in love! His main goal was to make sure that I was happy not only with my car but the service. I was also helped by the finance manager Joe and Obaid. They were very sweet and helpful and explained my deal with great detail leaving nothing out. I will be recommending this dealership to everyone I know and am left speechless by the level of professionalism and dedication that Marvin and his colleagues displayed. Trust me I gave them a hard time and they killed me with kindness!! Exceptional service all around !!!

We came her on Labor Day weekend to just test drive a Lexus GX460 they had on the lot. The sales guy that helped us out was Ricky Tan. He was super friendly and chatty and joked around with us a lot. Made the experience fun and comfortable. We buy and sell a lot of cars so we know the game and honestly we were not planning on buying it. But we loved the way it drove and we were willing to talk. Ricky gave us his honest opinion on trading in our car and got us the paperwork teed up so we could have a day to decide before we gave it the green light without the rush of doing the deal immediately. He even came on his day off to help us close the deal in addition to getting us some money off the listing price. Overall, we honestly could have gone anywhere as we weren't planning on buying, but Ricky's friendliness and amazing customer service made us only want to buy a car from him. He felt honest and friendly in an authentic way. If you're going here, work with Ricky Tan. Super nice guy and he honestly does his best to help you out. A man of his word!

I want to thank Jim Choi for his professionalism and kindness at the Fletcher Jones. We recently bought a 2017 Mclaren 570S - a very nice supercar. Its scary to buy a supercar from a non Mclaren dealer. Jim put our worries at ease. He is very knowledgable about the Mclaren and explained how to drive the car. Everything was smooth, much better experience than buying my other cars. No pressure from Jim. Everyone here is so nice to my family and I. Thank you!!! Good JOB!!

I had A Smooth and Satisfying Car-Buying ExperienceI recently bought a 2023 GLC 300. Justin Cho was my Sales RepRather than pushing for a quick sale, he took the time to carefully consider my needs and preferences and provided valuable insights that helped me narrow down my choices and finalize a car. He also went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule, making himself available for any questions or concerns I had, even outside regular business hours. I did check out other dealerships also but I got the best deal for my glc 300 here. I recommend Justin and Fletcher Jones Motorcars of Fremont for a great purchase experience.
