Fremont Hub clerk, Alberto, was the most helpful staff member that assisted me in the 20+ years of dealing with Fremont bank. Now for this branch, location is very accessible for pedestrians and parking locations are plenty. Entrance and "window dressing" makes it not very obvious for a bank, unless you're familiar with the complex. It's the most friendliest of all the locations that Fremont bank have.

They hands down suck, twice now I have found over $20,000.00 mistakes on their accounting of my mortgage. Did I say twice? Yes I did, when a consumer has to teach bankers how a speed sheet works, there is something wrong. And don't even bother trying to get in touch with any federal watchdogs, they don't exist. Shame on the corruption of capitalism out of control.

Sara, one of the managers here is a total fraud! Don’t be fooled by her “nice-gal” demeanor. When it came time to helping out a customer, she showed herself to be a total FOOL. Common sense is required in this job, and if you cannot legitimately determine a transaction as good versus bad with ALL the proof in the world, then shame on you. You don’t deserve to be in banking or management. Avoid this bank at all costs! Run for the hills

Bad, bad, bad customer service from their loan department. They never returned your phone calls or answer your emails. I know that everybody is busy with their work schedule, but five days or more? However, the ironic thing was the loan officer replied to my email right away from my initial email requesting information on a new loan.

I saw that somehow this merchant has been reported as "CLOSED". Just wanted to let everyone know they are not closed. (Not yet, anyway. Based on their actual dysfunction and resulting poor reviews, they may soon actually be forced to cease operations.) Fremont Bank continues to provide subpar service even after I refinanced with another (truthful and responsive) lender. They are still holding on to my prepaid escrow balance. Take your money and run! Run as far away from these people as possible. There really are other more ethical banks out there more deserving of your time and money.

I am banking with Fremont Bank in Fremont Hub for past few months. One of the best branch- I always greeted with a smile. Bahar and other stuff always resolves most of the concern that i have. Employees are here so nice and friendly. I always get nice offers from Bahar and she educate me with newer options. Thank you to all Fremont Bank stuff for positive attitude.

Brutal Loan processing experience and I'm ALREADY a FB customer! Credit score over 800 and it still took almost 2 MONTHS to process! Not responsive and lots of room for IMPROVEMENT, please.

Jeanine Hicks, Loan Agent is very unprofessional, irresponsible and non responsive. My family tried going through her to get approval for their first property, it took her 4 weeks to give a simple answer. My tried calling, even I tried calling and emailing her. No responses for DAYS (minimum 5 business days for her to reply. I'm sorry, we will never do business with Fremont Bank again. We have found different mortgage company (Platinum Home Mortgage) and received soft pre-approval in 3 days. Will definitely veer family away from Fremont Bank due to Jeanine's unprofessional business ethics.

During Covid, everything was slow, but Asia Vargas helped my case to ensure that we are able to sign the paperwork on time before the holidays. Fremont bank provides competitive rate for my heloc while other banks are not even considering my application during COVID with their blanket guidelines. Appreciate the willingness to look into case by case and treat customers like human.

Wow this bank needs to step into the 21st century. Their mobile banking is extremely outdated and it has taken an hour of being on hold to simply reset a password to be able to log in online. Extremely inefficient and time consuming. Customer service said it's the 3rd day of their "mobile program launch".. ha! If you choose to bank with them then you better frame your password and mount it on the wall to not go through this pointless exercise again. Or hope that they catch up with the rest of Silicon Valley.
