Where do I start?! My sales person Imran Sultan Guided me on the right car and knew exactly what I wanted. The process was made easily and he explained everything from A-Z. Haroon the sales manager and Moses Finance managers were amazing too!! Id recommend all my friends and family to get a car from Fremont GMC, Buick, Cadillac.!! THANK YOU IMRAN once again!! Overall, my experience was a good one. The staff did well as a team and made me feel important.
I expected a bit more respect as far as the transaction was concerned. Which was made up of a 2 yr envista lease at the 18mo point traded for a new envista lease. However their collective effort to find a vehicle with my preferences was really impressive. Ricardo did not give up. The ONLY complaint out a very successful interaction occured at point of payment/colataral. Out of no where the finance staff could not put the entire down pmt on my AX Platinum card. I made arrangements to use the card for the transaction of 7000.00. They claimed they could only put 3000.00 on the card due to Amercan Express fees. NOT COOL at all. I was furious because all you had to do was tell me that ahead of time. That was UNACCEPTABLE...and trifle.

I just bought a new GMC truck and had a really great time dealing with Imran. He was super professional, polite, and knew his stuff inside and out about the truck and all its cool features. He didn't rush me and made sure to answer everything I asked, which made buying the truck a breeze and actually pretty fun. If you're looking to buy a GMC, I definitely suggest asking for him!

We walked in to have service done on our 2024 canyon at4 and ended up trading it up for the 2026 gmc sierra 1500 at4. When we walked into sales department and met Imran Sultan who was so friendly and beyond helpful. Immediately let us test drive not a cheesy sales team at all. So polite, so straightforward and honest on everything from taxes, finances, warranties and everything. Also we had our 10 month old daughter with us and his team Mosses N. and Imran went above and beyond to make us comfortable and entertain our little one through the process which can be long but these guys are pros. They were so accommodating and seamless with everything from paperwork to running everything needed for the trade in that they will be our go to dealership from now on. Well definitely be back and continue using and referring anyone we know to go to Fremont gmc for this team of guys. You guys made the process enjoyable.
We love our truck and cant wait to make family adventures with this truck 🥰

I was interested to buy GMC denali 2026 and went there 3 times. But sales person were not good. They were not interested to sell the vehicles. They decide of there own, weather you are capable to buy or not. Very very disappointment and disrespectful. I currently have chevy tahoe high country and bought it from chevy fremont dealer. I think owner is the same. If this message read by the owner, please work on this. Chevy fremont staff is the best staff ever i deal with. Everytime I went there, they all welcome and gave the best service with smile. They give you confidence. I want to buy RST but they sold me high country so much positiveness and confidence that I bought High country model. But GMC dealer staff is the worse I met 3 times went there very bad experience. I want to give 0 star. The question is how you judge people weather they are capable to buy suv or not? no respect at all. Sales persons behave like they are the owners and busy on there personal talks more.
