Drop off my 2021 XT5 Cadillac at 10:am oil change and to check the dash lights when I called at 5:00 they were just starting to check the car out. Nothing had been done I had to pick up my car I needed it for work on Tuesday 12/1/25. The communication with Eddie Dupee the worst very frustrating to do this on my day off and absolutely nothing was done.

We just purchased our third vehicle from Fremont Cadillac in the last five years, including a brand-new 2026 Cadillac Vistiq ($85K). The sales and finance teams have always been amazing, and once again they took great care of us. We also want to recognize Matt and Eddie in Service who were professional and helpful when we brought the vehicle back after discovering the third-row headrests were not working just two weeks after purchase.
This review is not about sales or service. It is about the experience at the cashier desk when receiving a loaner vehicle. Instead of a smooth and respectful process, I was spoken to in a talk-down, dismissive tone, with comments about how the loaner was “brand new” and other remarks that felt unnecessary and disrespectful. It came across as if I should feel grateful just to be there, even though we had just purchased a brand-new Cadillac that now needed repair.
After investing this much into a vehicle and returning so soon for service, I expected professionalism across the board. The cashier’s tone and attitude did not match the experience we’ve had with the rest of the team.
We truly appreciate the people at Fremont Cadillac who take pride in their work. We hope management uses this feedback as an opportunity to ensure every customer interaction reflects Cadillac-level service, especially after purchase.

Just was bait and switched wanted to lease a vehicle on an add advertisement went in to lease the Cadillac and was asked for almost double down payment then advertised online. Be careful with their business tactics. Add clearly states 2999 due at signing does not state 2999 plus drive off. Drove almost an hour and a half to get this vehicle. These guys give Cadillac a bad name. Omar the manager and salesman Saad were extremely rude and have no form of customer service.

I took my Cadillac Escalade to Fremont Cadillac for a full service and paid $2,500. About a week later, I had to return for an exhaust replacement. Unfortunately, on the night of August 25th, while driving home, bolts and other parts started falling off from the underside of the vehicle, making it undriveable. This lack of professionalism and failure to properly inspect the vehicle before returning it put my family and me at risk. I am extremely disappointed with the service.

Took my CTS V in for oil change and battery replacement. Matt Rost took great care of me and they were very thorough and finished the service fairly quick. The manager JJ also came out to take a look and make sure everything was smooth. I would recommend this place for your servicing needs they are great!

a horrible experience with the front sales team I was walking for ask for help as a new customer manager send a sales Alberto pretty much help I got is pushed away without any direction or help they said go wherever you buy the car did not expect this kind of service from the dealership very rude and misbehaving staff never ever going to make any purchase with this dealership and not an advise anybody to either not welcoming at all

I have two serious concerns that need immediate attention. First, you're asking about my loan balance before providing a trade-in valuation - this is backwards. What I owe the bank has absolutely nothing to do with what Fremont Cadillac should be willing to pay for my vehicle. My car's value is determined by its condition, mileage, and market demand, not by my financing situation. This approach suggests you're more interested in structuring a deal around my debt than giving me a fair appraisal.
Second, your three-hour response time is unacceptable. I'm not demanding instant replies, but when a customer asks a straightforward question, waiting three hours for basic information shows a complete lack of respect for people's time. One hour is a reasonable expectation for any professional dealership.

Went to purchase a certified pre owned Cadillac Escalade that showed available for purchase on their website, when I got there the suv was not at the dealership. When I asked where it was I was told that the dealership owner took it for the weekend. Got an extremely low offer on my trade in Denali, was told because the dealership had a lot off fees to pay when purchasing a vehicle and they have to post it at a cheaper price for it to sell easier. Moving on to a different dealership. Waste of time.

Highly recommend making this location your go-to Cadillac service center. The best person to consult with is Eddie Dupree - he is great at making sure everything you need is taken care of. From time to time I bring in my private clients vehicles and we only allow Eddie to handle our service needs. He’s very accommodating, professional, & friendly.
