I'm giving them five stars based on a few things:1. The used car I purchased is in damn good condition. They let me borrow the car and get an independent inspection. Zero repairs needed.2. They had both Carfax and GM service records, mostly complete.3. They negotiated the price down. Had to walk out a few times, but still.Overall, good experience. THAT SAID, the cost of maintenance services is ludicrous, especially for a GM vehicle. If I were to get a new car someday and its Cadillac, I'd go back. But holy crap would I be mad if they tried to charge an arm and a leg for services. It should not cost 900 dollars to change transmission fluid. No way its over two hours of work especially with techs who do this crap all the time.

We drove from Rocklin because Fremont Cadillac had a specific CT6 that was not available at our local dealership. Our salesman, Justin, eventually had us in 3 different cars before we made our decision. Ali, finance manager, was very helpful in walking through all options so we could make a well informed decision. Was pleased with the experience and dealership.

Long motorcycle ride, ran out of gas on auto mall/cushing and was fuel cutting. Fortunately was able to make it right into Fremont Cadillac parking lot. They had a spare gas can with a little bit of gas. Was able to make it to the shell down the street. Will not misjudge my reserve blinker again.Thanks guys, really appreciate the assist!

They stereotyped us and were not interested in working with BIPOC people my wife and I were disgusted, We will go to Dublin to buy the car, where we were made to feel welcome, and offered to test drive the car. Fremont had the Lyriq in the color we wanted and was told it was for sale but not interest in allowing us to test drive it Sad to say but Tesla offered much better experience

I ended up buying a GMC Sierra. Justin from Cadillac was very easy to work with. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful Salesperson. I can be very difficult and after trying different full size trucks form other places I decided in a GMC. And was pleased to work with Justin.

I bought my Cadillac lyriq from Fremont dealers ship after over a year wait. I live 45 min away from this dealership and, so far, my worst experience. The guy who was doing paperwork was like let me throw in mats for you, key replacement if its lost and kept asking us to post something nice about it and little did we know they charge us those things by making fool of us. It's been 2 months, and we haven't received mats. After 2 weeks, the car stopped working, and they towed to local dealership, which btw they kept there for 2 weeks. In those 2 weeks, it was me who was calling them and barely getting call back. I have to go to the dealership to get an update. And they don't even have a courtesy to never charge your car.Also, they couldn't figure out what was wrong. And, we were told they will pay for 1st month installments for this inconvenience, but that is not happening. We had a bad experience in the past where their agent tricked us into buying a 3-year lease when we asked for 1 year. We were told that guy was fired later. But I guess this is the culture there. If you are planning to buy a car from here, please buy somewhere else. Not worth all the hassles they put you in, and once you buy a car, the customer service can go to hell. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on you; foll me 3rd time....

I must say I was very disappointed here. We went to check out the new Cadillac lyric, firstly the front desk was like ghost town. No one to actually ask you why you were there. However there was one person who came out little later and showed us the car and took us for test drive. After that we went for an estimate to see our options for lease/finance. The general manager here was so blunt in his words he basically didn’t care whether we purchased the car or not. When asked about other options to see if the lease price could go down all he said was there was 2 years waiting time and there was no way he could go down even a dollar. I had so much expectations after looking at the YouTube videos but after coming here, I was very disappointed. General manager basically he didn’t care about any customer. He didn’t even try to see what other options he could give. Looks like he was just forced to work there. Also it felt like he didn’t care if he lost a customer. I would never visit this place again. If you are still interested in buying Cadillac I would suggest try another showroom. This place will be absolutely a waste of your time. We felt so un-welcomed here. All the bad reviews are real. Please refrain yourself from visiting this place.

I worked with Mo Warraich at Fremont Cadillac. His service was great. We did most of the transaction over the phone and when I arrived to complete the transaction the car and all the paperwork was ready to go. I was there less than 2 hours including a detailed orientation to the new Escalade.I was not looking forward to the dealership experience, and Mo made our experience more than I could have ever hoped for. My wife I wanted to let you know how great we think Mo is! I have several business cards that Mo provided to us, and I have been, and will be handing them out to anyone that I know is looking for a vehicle. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

Service advisor give us the worst service for us. Our brand new car having oil consumption problem. So we see him quite frequently and ended up oil consumption testing. Every time when we saw him he is so rude and don’t want to lesson our words and ignoring may be because we are Asian. Not welling to help us at all. Even he put wrong mileage on the testing sheet. We do not know how many time he write down wrong mileage on the records. The result he did not solve our problems

Walked in on a Friday to look at a Escalade to test drive and Said R helped me pick a perfect Escalade to test drive. He answered my questions and was very helpful . Great Experience! I found a car online at Fremont Cadillac Buick GMC and was contacted by Muhammad. He was very personable on the phone and answered all of my questions. I drove from out of town to the dealership and met up with Muhammad to see and test drive the car. He was very patient with me, went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable on the test drive and there was no pressure for a purchase, which I greatly appreciated. I purchased the car and shortly after leaving, I had to come back because I needed help setting something up. Muhammad went out of his way to assist me and reassured me that if I had any other questions, I could contact him. Would definitely recommend working with Muhammad at Fremont Cadillac Buick GMC.
