Overall a great experience. Mahmood as well as everyone else was personable, professional and knowledgeable. There wasn't alot of pressure to buy anything. They pretty much let their products sell themselves. Overall a great experience.

Horrible service, unethical practices. We gave our Hyundai Santa Fe for a basic service. These guys were totally unprofessional. After waiting for a few hours, we found that service manager had already left without even telling us that the car was ready. When we found our car, it was only half done. The worst part was no one cared. have been driving Hyundai for the past 12 years and never experienced something so unprofessional and unethical. Avoid this place if you can.

Fremont Hyundai could provide me the kind of vehicle at the best possible finance rate that I was looking for. They are eager to understand the customer needs and spend time to discuss the pros and cons. In current market situation where every dealer is asking for markup price, they didn’t ask for any nor push for any product in the name of dealer mandate. I highly recommend them, specifically Bibek and John.

I bought a car there late December 2023. It was an EV and required them to fill out an IRS form for me to get the credit. When everything was signed and done, I asked them where the IRS form was, and they didn't know what I was talking about. Then they started telling me that they wouldn't sign that document because I didn't bring it up from the beginning (I didn't need to, and I had actually brought it up to the sales agent from the beginning).. It took a lot of arguing to get them to follow procedure until they finally agreed to do so. After I got home, I realized they never emailed me my purchase agreement that I digitally signed. It has now been 1.5 months and they still won't send me my documents showing I purchased the car. It seems they don't give a damn once they have sold the car and it is off the lot. You can't get them to do anything on time that is their responsibility.

Beautiful dealership, it's obvious they take pride in their workplace. But most importantly, Memo Cervantes is the best! Friendly, fast, professional, and very knowledgeable. Helped me to quickly see the cars I wanted to see, knew the differences between the different trims, and helped me make the best decision, without wasting any time. Not pushy at all, just a standout rockstar. Really, don't waste your time anywhere else, go see Memo today. Y también habla español. En serio, ¡él es el mejor!

I gave this Dealership 1 star and that's being generous. My 2013 Velosetor has a recall, it could catch fire, their advice is to park the car away from other vehicles and away from bldg structures as the vehicle may catch fire. They did not provide a loaner car or won't reimburse me for a rental. (I'm on a strict income and cannot afford to buy the rental and wait for them to reimburse me).I have called and left messages and I have never received a call back from ANYONE. I even went to the dealership and they were not able to help me. Due to this lack of customer service, I will never buy another Hyundai, EVER!!! That's unfortunate, because I absolutely love my car. Now I have to call another dealership in Dublin, CA.

Service department is very unresponsive. They don't respond to calls nor text messages. Poor communication on the whole!

I had my first service of ioniq6 in Dec. Exactly a month later, the car started showing 'check electric vehicle system' warning. The service center in Fremont Hyundai has been very elusive in responding to this problem. Left many voicemails for an appointment which are not yet returned. Stay away from this place!

I recently visited a Hyundai dealership with the intention of purchasing a Hyundai Sonata. Unfortunately, my experience with the salesman, Noble Mohammed, was far from satisfactory.Lack of Communication: Throughout my interaction, Noble's communication was minimal and unhelpful. This made the process confusing and frustrating.Silence During Test Drive: During the test drive, Noble was mostly silent. His lack of engagement made it difficult to get a good understanding of the car's features and performance.Negligence with Licenses: Shockingly, Noble did not check our driver's licenses before the test drive. This oversight could have led to serious legal and safety issues.Inconsiderate Behavior: In a particularly unpleasant incident, after making us wait outside in the cold, Noble instructed us to get into the car, only to lock it right before we could enter. This behavior was not only rude but also showed a lack of basic respect and professionalism.Incorrect and Uncertain Information: When asked about the car's specifications and features, Noble provided incorrect information and seemed unsure. This lack of knowledge is unacceptable for a car salesman and made me question the reliability of the dealership.Overall Standoffish and Rude Demeanor: Noble's general demeanor was standoffish and rude. He seemed disengaged and uninterested in assisting us, which was not only unprofessional but also made for an uncomfortable experience. My experience with Noble Mohammed at the Hyundai dealership was deeply unsatisfactory. His professional conduct and knowledge were subpar, impacting my perception of the dealership. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve future customer interactions.

This branch is a joke. Brought my car in for catastrophic engine failure last year. Took them 3 weeks to even look at my car to determine it needed to be fixed before they would process it and get me a loaner vehicle. I was without a vehicle for 3 weeks, but it took other mechanics just minutes to determine the problem.Scheduled a recall fix this summer, took many attempts just to reach the service desk to book our appointment. Then The day finally came and they waited till we arrived at the dealership at 1pm to tell us they couldn’t perform the service for us. No call ahead. Then they promised they would reach out as soon as they could perform the service since they had to turn us away. That call never came. I had to make many more attempts to finally reach someone to book my appointment. Took about a month. I asked to speak to Miguel the manager since we were promised to be moved to priority since we were turned away, that call never came either. Then finally came the day for the second try and they booked tons of people for the same service appointment time, but only had 2 employees to process and check people in. The wait was ridiculous with a line of cars out to the street, I asked to speak with some one to help us and one of the employees decided to mock me and start issues instead of help.Don’t even bother with this branch. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you moving along instead of helping. Miguel the service manager doesn’t care his employee was rude to a customer. In fact he heard the incident and knew it happened, but when I contacted him later to talk about it he didn’t know any details, didn’t even check with his employees to see who was involved and what happened, I had to walk him through it like a child. You could probably get more help if you drive over to the zoo I’m sure the monkeys there can do a better job.

This location service experience has improved after DGDG (Del Grande) took over from Hanlees. Jason C was their best service advisor ever. Pricing has significantly increased on service labor and parts, almost three times now. Advisor Mr. Gallego is great and has an excellent approach. Extremely Hard to get service appointments or get things done. Everything is a big hassle with a mediocre brand. HYUNDAI manufacturer company top management seems to have intentionally fabricated this service problem across california. Ten years warranty is meaningless and useless, it's just a sales carrot. Getting appointments and getting things fixed is like going to the Moon. We have decided never to buy Hyundai again, it's like inviting a disease.

This was an absolute team tackle if I have ever seen one! This deal was initially driven by Bibek, but then completed by Jose, these two sales managers were nothing short of phenomenal. They were the most accommodating sales individuals that I have experienced in quite some time. Bibek was in constant contact with me for months prior to the purchase, he did everything he could to ensure that I felt comfortable with the purchase. Unfortunately, I came in on a day that he was scheduled to be off but Jose made sure to carry the ball to the finish line for us. He made sure to put me at ease just as much as Bibek and the transaction was as smooth as could be.Memo took care of myself and my wife for the most part that day, he took care of the inital paper work and made sure my wife and I were comfortable while we waited. He even put on the Niner game for us to re-watch while we waited for the finance team to get ready. He was absolutely professional from start to finish.Moe was our finance guy and he was easily the best auto finance guy that my wife and I have ever encountered. We've purchased several cars over the last 20+ years and he was easily the best. He made us feel comfortable, he explained every detail that we needed and answered all of our questions on the stop. You asked a question, he knew the answer, it was uncanny!I hate buying cars, we were expecting an exhuasting 4hr+ trip, even after all the work we did in advance with Bibek, but to our VERY PLEASANT surprise we were in n out fairly quickly with minimal hassle. I would honestly LOVE to buy my next car here if these folks are all here again next year.Thank you to the Sales Manager, Bibek & Jose, to Memo who took care of the paper work and to Moe who completed our financing. You guys are an amazing team!

Experience with buying the car was good, but getting service is suboptimal. They never pick up the phone or call back when I leave a message.

When we visited this dealer they had each trim level and every exterior and interior color of the Ioniq 5 in stock and available to look at and sit in. We felt zero pressure from our sales guy who went as far as pulling a vehicle from a remote lot just so we could decide on the right model year features, and combination of exterior and interior colors. The sales process was friendly, with absolutely zero hassles. Not once did anyone utter the dreaded words of dealership double-speak: "l have to go check with my sales manager...". The general manager was helpful with information about rebates and incentives, the finance guy was efficient and everything worked out to the penny with no surprises or dubious dealer add-ons. We had a really positive experience and ended up with EXACTLY the car and the help along the way that we wanted. I'd work with this dealership again in a heartbeat.
