My water pump went out- I have brought my car here before for an oil change . the manager Able, was so helpful. They even had the mechanic send me a video showing me the issues for transparency which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this shop for all your car needs. I dropped off my car at 9am and my water pump was done by 4pm. Great customer service -

I recently had my car in for a slow tire leak. The first visit identified a screw in the tire, but a few days later, I noticed on my TPMS that the leak persisted. I was quite frustrated and admittedly a bit harsh on the phone, which was wrong and uncalled for. They were super nice though despite me being a jerk and had me come back in. When I returned, the staff was incredibly understanding and professional. They thoroughly inspected the tire, found another screw, and performed a complex patch job at no extra charge. Despite my initial attitude, they treated me with kindness and professionalism. I’m definitely returning in the future and highly recommend their shop

I came in because I heard a scratching sound on my 2014 Maxima. Abel got me in right away, and 90 minutes later, the sound was gone. I only paid for a diagnosis and he took care of the issue. I couldn’t be more pleased and grateful. I wish I could give 10 stars.

I have known this shop for past three years. I stumbled upon this when all Established Fremont shops were ripping me off. I’ve got numerous tire service and a couple of tuneups done. The owner and the service people are very honest. In fact, they didn’t charge me for nitty-gritty fixes. Abel is delightful to talk to, And he remembers me even when I reach out to him after four or six months.

We called around and got quotes for brakes & rotors change for our 2000 Ford focus. What caught our eye about Nor. Cal tires is their reviews! Especially the most recent reviews because that’s their service TODAY! And I’ll tell you what, I’m sure glad we came here because not only did they make promise on their quote, they also gave us much needed info on our rear breaks and a very good rate on the labor. Most places the labor is what will hit the pockets but Abel & his team at Nor Cal tires are fair and professional! We will 100% be back for the rear brakes work and servicing all 3 of our vehicles here. Thank you for your outstanding work and trustworthy services.
