To start off, I wish I can give more than 5 stars for this review. I recently purchased a 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE. The car itself is very difficult to obtain since its selling out and hard to keep on lot especially with every incoming shipment of it is being reserved. A lot of Toyota dealership in the area are taking advantage by doing insane markups.I went to 6 dealerships to shop around for a reasonable price. I was about to purchase the car at Longo Toyota in LA just because I refuse to pay the insane markups the Bay Area was charging. I am so glad I got in touch with Raffi. He was honest and respectful and didn't waste my time. This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle off the lot and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.Everyone that helped me out from the manager all the way to the Finance department was amazing. I just want to emphasize my experience with Raffi on how transparent he was with communication even after we settled on a good price. Over the weeks while I was waiting for the vehicle to be delivered, he was actively keeping me up to date with any changes in the delivery time frame through text. You can definitely tell he cared about his customers as a person more than just a dollar amount sale. I wish I knew more people that are in the market for a Toyota just so I can refer them to Raffi. Thank you again for making this experiment so memorable and seamless for me.

I went to dealership, pre-negotiated price, guy said here are the keys to check out the car and then all of a sudden it was sold to someone else while I was in it with my dad.Ended up a few days later with San Francisco Toyota - negotiated all over the phone/email for a better price with options I wanted and are able to use docusign to buy. They also delivered the car.Big waste of time with Fremont Toyota.

Came here to purchase a used Non-Toyota vehicle. They were pretty laid back and easy going, pulled the vehicle I was looking for out upon request and let my drive it around their large lot by myself. They had no technical knowledge about the non-Toyota vehicle whatsoever so I was left with my own prior research before arriving.I had already gotten approval for a loan from my own bank so there was no budging from my part. Once that was established, everything else went fairly quickly. We confirmed price and the Finance manager just pushed papers for me to sign. They had failed to mention the car only had one key fob, no spare either. (Also my fault for not checking). The car was sent to get washed which was a decent job. Upon acquiring the car, I was nearly at empty for gas too which I needed to fill myself.Overall experience was ok, I wouldn't reach out to them unless they had the specific vehicle I was looking for.

I’m just thrilled with my purchase. I didn’t really know what I wanted but with a few suggestions and test drives with their product specialist Laurie I was able to narrow down my choices, do my research and decide on a vehicle. There was no pushing or aggressive sales pitches, just suggestions and good info based on some of my needs and wants. And a big thank you for Ken the internet sales manager for keeping me up to date on the vehicle delivery date and completing the purchase with us. Great team work and I’m a satisfied customer.

Since I first rolled out of this lot with my 16' corolla, I've been getting my services here for the past 7 years.I've had wonderful experiences with the service managers - some notable ones were with sarah who no longer works there and a few more faces such as Ervin who takes real good care of me whenever I'm in for a car service and Maria who is my 2nd go to when Ervin is away.I would like to shout out Walter who has been the mechanic that has been consistently the one servicing my vehicle. Thanks to the receptionists who help schedule my appointments (my apologies for not remembering your names theres always a different one ?) but they also deserve recognition for always being pleasant to speak with when coordinating time frames. They've offered my courtesy rides and the option for rental cars whenever I need service done but I usually stay in the lobby (kind of a nice break away from work lol). Some area of opportunities I hope management can consider is I wish their chairs were a bit more comfortable after prolong sitting can be quite uncomfortable. It would be nice for those who wish to wait in the lobby as maybe they dont have the means to commute back and forth etc. However this is just wishful wishing? The plus side is their lobby has an awesome coffee machine and complimentary wifi is always nice :)I live not too far from another toyota dealership however given the wonderful experiences I've had here with the fremont team, I'm willing to drive an additional 20+ miles to get my car serviced by the team here.

I was looking for a new automobile, and Ray was really helpful in finding one that matched my requirements. The buying process was easy and didn’t waste time. Ray was very friendly and provided a stress free experience.

Kourosh Ehsani with new Toyota vehicle sales provided a most excellent purchase experience on the exact vehicle I wanted, a 2024 Corolla SE Hybrid with premium package which is quite rare. Mr. Ehsani kept me very well informed about the status of my vehicle as it moved from arrival at the port till it was delivered to the dealership. He even provided updates during his days off and made sure his new vehicle prep team followed a couple special requests I had made. I highly recommend that anyone considering the purchase of a new Toyota contact Kourosh Ehsani with Fremont Toyota. I'm glad I did.

Went for a regular oil change service and they over-inflated my tires pretty badly. The recommended tire pressure for my tires is 32 psi. The check tire pressure light came on a week after I took my car from the service, and I thought maybe it was because they didn't do the "free" tire pressure inspection and the tire pressure was low.But nope, I checked my tires and they showed 36 psi in 50F cold weather and with the car not running at all for a day. So probably while running the car, the tire pressure was more close to 39-40 psi.I did thought my car felt more bumpy, I guess now that explains it. I'm lucky my tires did not blow up, maybe they could have even killed me.I just checked my receipt from them and it shows there that they supposedly inflated the tires to 35 psi (why to 35 when the recommended one is 32, no idea).

I recently had 2 services at Fremont Toyota. I worked with Yvonne Atalig, service advisor. I have had my Lexus 2007 since 2006. Yvonne suggested as a first visit, to do a thorough check over. I was ever so glad that she did, as some work needed to be accomplished. She immediately took care of the part and contacted me when it was arrived. My safety was so important to me and to her. Yvonne contacted me as soon as the part was available and was able to give to me a Sat appointment--I work full-time during the week. I was so happy and felt that my and my car's needs were fully taken care of. That is so important to me. The service itself was awesome by the mechanics and Yvonne's total attention to me, my needs, and my car's needs was above and beyond. I am ever so fortunate to have service at Fremont Toyota. I very highly recommend Fremont Toyota. They are truly the best.

My old car was broken and I needed a new car, contacted Toyota on Friday to make an appointment, visited Toyota on Saturday to see inventory availability and test drive several options we had in mind, thanks to our sales rep Kourosh patiently explained the features and differences, accommodated kids with cartoons on TV, we were able to finish all the paperworks in the evening and drive new car home the same day! Thank you for such an amazing team!!

It's been a very long time since I bought a car, so I was very nervous about shopping for one. Once I found a car I was interested in, I was very relieved to work with Ken Costa, who was very kind and helpful to me and my wife. Process of buying was super easy. If you're looking to get a car, Fremont Toyota, and in particular Ken Costa is a great person to work with. I'm very happy with my car, and glad I decided to take the chance to reach out.

I love my Toyota and I'm glad they do a great job with basic maintenance. What I didn't love was when I brought my car in today for servjce and brought up a concern I had with my wireless car play to essentially be told it's not a real issue and that it's my phone not the car play. I have spent the last 5 months since buying my rav4 doing research on this car play gps issue, furthermore, I've read several forums complaining of the same issue and even brought a photo of the issue to show them. In the end I was told that's it's my phone and "not to believe everything I see online". It was honestly offensive and an insult to my intelligence, I felt gaslit by the service representative and for that I give this location a 1 star rating. Lastly, the solution I was presented with for my wireless car play issue was to use a new usb cord or unpair and repair my phone which I have done endless times and which is also why I finally brought it to their attention after 5 months of trying to solve the issue myself by using common sense solutions (ie repairing my phone) . Being that the wireless car play is a feature on my 2023 rav4 I should not have to resort to buying a new cable to solve this issue, I should be able to use the WIRELESS feature without issues and without the associate telling me the issue doesn't exist. Toyota could have done better by actively listening to my concern, looking at the evidence I provided and at minimum not insulting me by telling me to "not believe everything I see online" as if I'm a conspiracy theorist making an outrageous claim.

We purchased a 2024 Corolla hatchback for our daughter and had great experience working with Mr. Kourosh Ehsani, who is a sale man at Fremont Toyota dealership. Mr. Kourosh is professional and helpful. We would come to him if we need another car in the future.

SHADY BUSINESS. Went in to look at a car, two sales representatives arguing on who would help me. That was my first red flag, we took a test drive in the parking lot, and the car had very low gas, second red flag. I told the salesman that I wanted to use my car as a trade-in, he took my Vin number and use Carfax to look up my cars history, which is OK. Then he tells me my car trade-in value from Carfax is half the price of what it is on Kelley Blue Book, which means they don't use Kelley blue book for trade-in value. Then, the vehicle I was interested in was priced higher than the MRP price.I don't recommend this spot at all. I called another Toyota dealership, who would actually sell me the vehicle at the asking price that it's being advertised for, and actually use Kelley blue book to give me the value of my trade-in. That is what happens when you go to franchises such as this current Toyota in Fremont, it's so sad That this is how they treat their customers or potential customers.
