I always had a pleasant experience with the personnel. Always very helpful and understanding. I recommend this place of business to everyone that is a caregiver because of their expertise,patience and all your medical needs.

I am lot able to leave a better review because I can’t shop there. I need to buy scrubs to wear to work at a doctors office... I work 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday. I have Saturday and Sunday off. It would be nice to be able to shop right after work or Saturday morning and see the different scrubs.

Be careful when doing business here. There's a clear sign that states - no returns on stuff worn on the skin. However, they conveniently apply the rule for anything sold there and refuse to take returns even when the product is sealed and never opened! However, later she was fine if I exchanged the items!! When I refused to make an exchange, she was going to charge me a transaction fee of 3.5%. When I agreed to it with great frustration, she said she'd actually charge me a 10% restocking fee. That's when I told her that I'd take it up with BBB, she refunded the entire amount. Horrible experience!

I went there early to get some things and they closed over an hour early on Wednesday. When I left a message to call me back the Manager "INDY" said the weather was bad so they closed early. I said, No, it wast it was perfect and I was there but your store was closed. Then she changed her story to, Ohh I mean someone was sick and we had to close the store. I asked if it was protocol and she then interrupted me and said what did I need and did I need anything else? I was then just asking to make sure of the hours and she insisted on cutting me off, when I asked for the managers name she stated it was her. I can see why they have a low rating and I was advised not to go there.

Right when I walked in I already knew it was a bad idea. I asked for a scrub jacket as the weather is getting cooler and want something to wear around the hospital at work. There was an assortment of scrub tops pants lab coats, etc. but everything was messy and I probably wouldn't be able to find what I was looking for unless the lady help me... which she did. I wanted a black scrub jacket in medium but they didn't have any, she had a grey. I knew that the prices were marked up, but I figure, I might as well buy it here than buy it online and pay for shipping which would almost be the same price. She also said that this scrub jacket will last me 50 years... I laughed so hard in my head that I just kept a straight face. As I was paying I asked for the return policy... you only have FIVE (5) day to exchange or store credit. FIVE days?! NO refunds? You might as well say final sale! I bought it anyway only because I really needed a scrub jacket. I then went online at home and found the exact same jacket (Fundamentals by White Swan) from some online scrub stores and they are at least $5-10 cheaper online when I paid $24+tax. That made me really annoyed. Overall impression: you're better off buying your scrubs/medical apparel online to get what you want and be able to return or exchange (most places allow at least 30 day). I've always bought my scrubs online and will continue to do so from now on due to this bad experience. I will not come back.

They are like seeing family. They are professional and I'm always asking the pharmacist questions and he's always ready to provide a thorough answer. Tina is the best to work with. Always a smile and she never forgets your name ;)
