As you can see here we have 3 people standing and NOT HELPING to unload the supplies. Excuse the drive he was actually trying to get it closer for it to be easier. Also, it took ANOTHER DRIVER and the same guy with the flags to bring 2 pallets in an hour. Thank fully this gentlemen in the photo knows how to do things correctly!Ohh and there is no staff, NO ONE wants to help! TIP: If YOU are new and not sure on how to add codes/ something else, ASK FOR HELP!!! Trust me it avoids stress on the customer and yourself and time.

Inventory for the Fremont store is never right! They cancelled three of my items when their inventory clearly says they are there. When they cancel the order, there is no reason stated for cancellation. Avoid this place like the plague!!!

So frustrating to see 7 people standing in the front talking with each other and on phones instead of helping customers. When a question is asked..."it's over there..." pointing in the air towards the left. What? Such a waste!

I would like to thank Appliance Specialists Thomas Bailey who spent much time trying to get us the deals advised on the store tag, but not in the computer system when actual purchase took place. Thanks for your patients and persistence! This is the best customer service I have got at Home Depot!

Shopping at Home Depot has been a joy, until this year 2022. As a American Veteran, you have to download an app, in order to access the Veterans Discount. So many clerks have been rude, they do not promote excellent customer service in regards to accessing Veterans discounts. It is not just at one store, it's all their Home Depot Chain Stores. I'm appalled for the disconnect of good customer service. I am now planning on taking my business to Lowe's. At Lowe's there is no downloading an app, their customer service is awesome & I don't have to fight with getting my Veterans Discounts. Good-bye Home Depot. Hello Lowe's

Phil at the paint station was both knowledgeable and patient. I was planning to re-paint my place, but it's been many years so I was basically a beginner. Phil helped me open up an old can of paint, revived it, and color-matched it to the new bucket of paint I bought. He also patiently explained to me the different kind of paint on the shelves and recommended some popular colors and shines. Soon I had everything I needed and was happily on my way.

Avoid for Penske rental at all costs. Went to pick up a Penske truck and the gentleman behind the counter had no idea what he was doing- as he complained vocally about how store management didn't care. It took over an hour and four associates to generate the paperwork- which was still not done correctly, as one piece had a completely incorrect name. I waited over 20 minutes for the empathetic and friendly assistant manager to show up at the counter to help- an hour total to get the store It took multiple calls with Penske after the fact to get things straight. The follow up call by the store manager lacked any sense of customer service skills. Buyer be warned - Penske representatives in call center and at drop off have told me that Home Depot's are problematic for their rentals.

I know this one star never helps still i have to give one star, wetting 45 minutes no one come to help me, I asked one of the worker if he can page any one he did but no one showed up they don't care i wish has a zero star, I was going to order couple of door for my house including 2 Garage doors but you lost thousands of thousand dollars. Never come back the home depot again.

I have recently completed flooring project with Home Depot. This was a big mistake from our end to choose Home Depot for this project considering the reputation and competitive pricing . It took almost 02 months to complete the project since we got the initial quote from Home Depot due to multiple reasons. The coordination was so poor that i needed to follow up at every step to get any updates. Even if there is any delay in delivery they never informed me on-time, i had to call Home Depot to learn that delivery has been cancelled due to some miscommunication between Home Depot and their delivery partner. As a customer it was very frustrating experience to be part of this deal and wasted lot of my personal time and money to get the project completed. During the initial measurement for flooring the person who took the measurement never informed me that they can't do the hardwood for my stairs, later while placing the order I was told that Home Depot can't do hardwood for stairs. The most frustrating part of the project at the end...the flooring work was done so poorly that it is squeaking all around the house within a week after installation. Even my old hardwood floor had no squeaks. I am high time regretting the decision to go with Home Depot for the flooring project.

Beware!!! Don't buy appliances here. Was told by customer care team over the phone during the week to go in store and ask for a manager on duty with a specific code to return a dish washer. I show up on a Sunday driving from south San Jose and talk to the team and the manager Amanda does not come out yet the service team upfront (they are awesome) gives me a print out says no returns. It's experience's like this that make me only shop on Amazon being further cemented. Sure glad I'm a Lowes share holder. Hands down will never buy anything ever again from Home Depot. Sad thing is this past summer I spent thousands here remodeling my home and yard. Very disappointing.

Ivan at the paint department was extremely helpful. Top tier customer service. If I was his management I'd either promote or give him a raise. He knows his work and is patient. The fact that I'm even doing a review on Home Depot shows how impressed I was with his service. Thank you Ivan you made my week!!!

This review is only for my interaction with the customer service desk. I was behind a customer paying for an item. The cashier rings him up, then says something to another cashier, walks away and she then proceeds to ring him up. Customer was like uhhh, I already paid for it. Here's the receipt. Not sure what happened there. My one star is for the rudeness that is Shannon. She should not be working with customers. I understand everyone is desperate for workers but geez. I went in to pay on our company account with a company check. She proceeds to tell me I've never seen a check like this. Okay I'm sorry you don't know what checks look like but I've been in here plenty of times and other clerks were able to process my company checks with no problem. She was able to process it after I pointed out the check number, routing number, and bank account info on the check. The one star is for her saying to the customer behind me "I'll be right with you".

This is the nearest Home Depot to my home. Coming here for years now. Normally walks in, find the aisle, locate the item needs and checkout. It's been smooth all the time. Last week I was there for a specific item. The website said it's available in the store, but I couldn't locate it. While I was trying to find it, a staff approached me asking whether I need any help. I showed the aisle details on the website. But even he couldn't find it. So my only option was to go to the Milpitas store. While I was walking out, the same staff approached me again and told that it's actually on a different aisle, due to some recent changes. He walked with me to the aisle and showed me where it is kept. I truly appreciate the home depot staff for the excellent customer service. That really saved me a lot of time and energy. Great experience. The store is as big as any Home Depot stores. Huge parking lot. It's always self-check out. Smooth and easy. Did some store pickups from here, they offer curbside pickup as well.

Terrible service. I shouldn't even use the word service. You will not get any. Everything is locked up and nobody will come to unlocked a cabinet to get an item you wanted. They all have all by and say "that's not my department " Also do wait for them to cut you a key. Go to a locksmith. There is one right down the street
