can’t return shoes when it says electronic and clothing returns are accepted within 7 days. Cant exchange for store credit either. overpriced as well. Just go to the one near Irvington because this store sucks ass. The manager is also extremely rude.

Shockingly overpriced. The prices are the same as brand new, and they have started charging spearate prices for certain brands instead of the usual flat price. There are numerous other thrift stores in the area that are more reasonable, so I'm genuinely not sure how they're not losing money.
I'm sure someone will copy and paste some generic response about how they provide jobs and training, as though that justifies the price gouging. It really doesn't- I've seen what their executives make, and compared ot to what they pay those people that they are supposedly helping by providing jobs and training, and frankly, it's a bit of a joke. No one is interested in those generic excuses- they just want to shop at a secondhand shop with normal secondhand prices. Until they get their pricing in line with other charity shops, I won't be going there.

It was my birthday and I had a few bucks and a lot of time. After 3 hours of shopping I picked my items. Paid for my items and the checker states oh! There is problem with our system you will be refunded in 7 business days but you cannot take items home! What! Spoke to manager and he satisfied my request thankfully. Headquarters is ripping people off holding thier money for days! Unbelievable they haven’t fixed it something very wrong with that!!

I only had a minute to stop by and drop off a bunch of clothes and such. The employee quickly guided me to the appropriate bins, and I was on my way.

I came to this location 3 different occasions and each time the donation center is closed! Last two times had to do with a construction. Today it closed at 2pm (open from 10-2)
It’s a waste of time trying to donate to this Goodwill store!!!

Have officially lost their mind with these prices... you are a THRIFT store.. translation.. used clothes! Why are you the same price as target?? This is why your store is empty. The management is dumb for that lol. It was so empty I thought it they were closed when I pulled up.
Also that's funny because I was just getting ready to say how the staff (black cashier) rubbed me the wrong way, treating me like a criminal. But the other reviews spoke for me. BELIEVE IT!

The service is awesome all time I go Mallory is running everywhere she’s never standing on only one place she makes sure I always get what I’m looking for“I asked her for a box for toys her answer was that there is non right now but she told me she will check on the back and she como out with one, even if she didn’t find one the service was awesome because she stopped what she was doing to help me” she should get a raise or something for her awesome service

Hooo boy, after going all the reviews I decided not to donate my stuff here. All the reviews point at one common thing which is rude manager and staff. Be nice to people it won’t cost you anything. Anyway, I’ll never visit and support this unfriendly place

Very rude staff. I just dropped off some stuff today. There was a Mexican girl who doesn’t have the etiquette of basic courtesy. Behaves as if she’s doing some favor to the donors. She should be fired.

While staff is generally friendly, they frequently close the store an hour before the online closing time (literally writing this after trying to visit today and the doors were closed; online says 7 pm). Prices can also be sky rocketed.
