Very very dissappointed . I booked my stay a month ago. I tried to check in and my room was not ready. Before they ask you what floor you want but now u have an assigned room. Food just ok. Front desk people not too friendly. I would rather pay more money somewhere else next time and get checked in right away.

Our room smelled really bad, like a mixture of dog pee and wet hair, but once we got used to the smell it was okay. Bathroom has an automatic vent that doesn't work very well but everything else in the room was fine.Breakfast has a variety of options with one of the highlights being fresh cinnamon rolls! They also had pancakes made in a minute and good pork sausages. The breakfast milk tasted like chemicals though and the danna yogurt was also rlly gross.Food & drinks: Breakfast food was okay. Had a variety of food, with highlights being the freshly made cinnamon rolls, pancakes, and really good pork sausages. However, the milk and danna yogurt were really bad.

We were only in for one night but it was absolutely wonderful. We booked that same day and I was pleasantly surprised at what I got for the price. Joey checked us in and was such a delight, as were the other staff. The room was perfect. Super clean, plenty of room and an extremely comfortable King size bed. We unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the pool but they said it was heated. The breakfast had so many choices. The parking was easy. Close to many shops, food and convenient access to freeways. All in all it was a great hotel to stay in. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

And to top it all off the staff is very friendly great customer service.

After canceling a disastrous reservation with Extended Stay America, I decided to take a chance with Holiday Inn. There were no issues with getting the reservation booked and once I arrived, check in went smoothly. The room was clean and comfortable. It could get tricky entering the parking lot since there were trucks parked close to the driveway. The only demerits that kept this location from getting 5 stars during my stay include the vending machines having not fully stocked of water and drinks and the fourth floor elevator button cover being damaged. This is not going to keep me from making a future visit.Clean and comfortable room, tidy parking lot, professional front desk staff. This location is also close to stores and restaurants.Holiday Inn is now my hotel of choice when I am in the Fremont-Newark area.

Great place to stay! I am writing this review while staying here. This hotel has the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. Ample space between and around beds. My room has two king beds and a lot of space. The staff at the check-in counter is very friendly and nice. The hot breakfast has a lot of variety to start the day with. Overall our whole experience of staying here with two children for two days went very well.

The noise from the freeway and power plant next door were unbearable! We stayed here while attending an event at the church next door. The room was clean and the bed was semi-comfortable. But the room was incredibly stuffy. We cracked the window so we could breathe. We noticed there was a humming noise before opening the window and thought it was the HVAC but after opening the window realized it was noise from the power plant next door. Also there was no sound wall along the freeway - just a chain link fence surrounding this power plant. The power plant ran ALL night and it was unbearable but the middle of the night! Upon mentioning these issues to the manager the next day he apologized and said, its not always that loud. Lol. Great customer service.

Quiet and clean stay. Really enjoyed the all inclusive breakfast during my four day stay here. My check in process I thought was going to be a little more on the rocky side as a young gentleman that checked me in Sunday evening did not take initiative to greet me as I walked in so I said hello first. But as far as my Interactions with the remainder of the staff throughout my stay very pleasant and courteous with guest services. I could definitely see myself partaking in future stays here if it comes to a business standpoint. It's a little tricky sometimes turning into the parking lot here as a lot of semi trucks are parked very close to the entrance of this location. I did notice that one of the two elevators were out of commission throughout my duration of the stay. Edit them that the amenities at this location was great to know that they are available. which if I recall included indoor pool, business station, laundry and of course the little convenience store area that most hotels designate to purchase snacks or aspirin etc. This location is also located in what seems to be more of a industrial business location but very close to gas stations eateries and shopping center, Which is an extreme plus for anyone visiting out of town

Date of Incident: June 10, 2022 7:08pmSitting right now poolside in the corner and a homeless woman wanders outside of the fenced pool. Kids are playing and this dude (a guest I assume) sat in the corner doing drugs from his lunch bag. The dude doing drugs leaves to go inside then comes back outside and proceeds to start harassing the woman digging through the trash. He starts walking towards her aggressively and says "get the f*c out!" She is confused and honestly didn't appear very stable and he continued to stalk her menacingly from the area. My friend and I and another father watch very closely as he yelled more, loudly and got closer. He got to the edge of the building and then we watched this make guest swing at this woman. My friend and I jumped up and I started screaming "STOP" my friend began to chase after him and the father started screaming "STOP" while we tried to keep the kids safe. The man comes back and sits down and proceeds to smoke some more. The father grabbed his kids and left the pool. The guest went inside. My friend called the front desk to let them know we saw this man assault this woman. The guest who sat for 5 min before smoking and fine came back out with a tissue on his nose. The front desk attendant comes out to speak to us (gray hair, suit, pony tail) and begins to tell us that this woman is homeless and sometimes makes a mess. My friend and I told the staff member that this man assaulted her and we all saw it and began yelling at him. The staff member said, "she got violent first" and I said, "no, we all watched as he hit her as she was walking off the property. We have video." He again excused this male guests behavior. I said to the staff member, "there is never an excuse for a man to hit a woman." He shrugged and said, "you're right" then shrugged his shoulders again and walked off. Regular Staff doesn't seem to care and as a female, I wouldn't feel safe staying here again. The staff was unresponsive to witnessed violence by one of their guest to a mentally unstable homeless woman on their property and I and my friend are very shaken. I honestly was scared to even post this review because the man was very scary and was staring my friend and I down hard after the incident. Update: I spoke to the manager, he was very responsive and very concerned. He had not be alerted by that staff member of the assault on their property. He said he will be handling it for whatever that means. Also, the day we arrived the system was down so check in took a couple of hours. The staff was sweet and responsive to this. Things females should know about this location if they still choose to stay:- They lock the automatic doors after dark so you will need your key card to get in. They don't seem to have exceptions to this. - They have a security guy, he is attentive- On the main road close to the hotel there is about a mile stretch of Rv's and homeless tents. I did not have any issues with anyone, but on weekends there is a lot of noise and fighting. Things people with heavy allergies should know:I have severe allergies and am recovering from mold exposure. I used the EC3 candles (all three of them) and brought my own air filter. I was ok in the common areas (I wear a mask) but in the room itself I struggled a lot. The rooms were clean like a standard hotel, but the air quality in the room was a struggle for me.

I spent 2 nights at this Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Fremont / Milpitas, California over the Christmas 2021 weekend. Quite cozy and comfortable actually.Thankful that San Jose has its own airport, so the logistics to get here isn't bad, compared to San Francisco or Oakland. I remember getting a room on the 4th floor during my time here in Fremont, CA. The room number I think was 431, if I'm not mistaken, but can be wrong too. I usually do a king sized bed, which ended up to be a good decision when booking. The bed itself was quite comfortable and gave me the essential sleep that I had required. The room itself was clean and typical of what you'd expect in a hotel room. They had a microwave and a mini fridge, which was already cold. I arrived here around 3:00pm just in time to check in and get myself settled. They also had complimentary breakfast as well, but only partook in that on the day after Christmas, as I slept in Christmas Day and didn't think they were going to be serving that morning. The Holiday Inn brand is always a good choice for me while traveling. While their prices in the US market can waver from $99 to $199/night USD, it's a good place to stay while being a tourist, passing thru, or on business. Whatever your reasons for being in the area, consider choosing Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Fremont / Milpitas, California. While it's not near the airport, it's in an area where it's nice and quiet. The overall experience here at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Fremont / Milpitas was good, quiet, and casual. The only thing interesting that I remembered was seeing rows of condoms hanging in a part of the lobby where they sell things to guests. I found it to be not something you'd regularly see while staying in a hotel, but I guess it's helpful if you do need such things on the fly. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, face masks are required inside the hotel's communal areas, including the breakfast room, but not when you're alone in your own private unit. The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, especially the hot items, which basically was breakfast meats and eggs. A lot of places like to shape their eggs into circles and stuff like that. I do like the ones that just make it look like real scrambled eggs and need a scoop to get them. But it is what it is. They had a pancake maker and had various drinks, including milk, coffee, tea, and juices on hand. The check in and out service was good and fast. Just drop off your room key while telling them your room number and you're off to wherever you need to go for the day. For the most part though, the stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites here in Fremont / Milpitas was nice and comfortable. I'd recommend coming here if you are in the area for pleasure, business, or just passing thru. While the televisions in the room could have been bigger, it's been a nice stay for me.This Holiday Inn Express and Suites is located at 42200 Albrae Street in the heart of Fremont, CA. It's about a 2 min drive or 10 min walk to the Pacific Commons shopping center, which is ridiculously close for anything you'd need during your stay outside the hotel. They accept major credit cards, although I have yet to see anyone pay with cash. Usually industry standard is thru credit card thru reservations and payment. I booked thru Hotels.com and got a good rate for my stay here. They have pretty good Wi-Fi signal here and the amenities are standard and typical of what you'd find in 2* or better hotel chains. As far as parking goes, they have a good sized parking lot for guests. While I had a friend help with rides, it's good to know that they have good parking here if you decide to rent a car (or drive here on your own) and park for your stay here at the Holiday Inn Fremont / Milpitas California. The stay here was enjoyable, although the rainy weather on Christmas Day 2021 didn't help a bit. It is what it is. Consider this property when planning your travels to San Jose and the surr

Overall the room is nice. Got the king suite with sofabed. Big living area, seems to be missing a table maybe?? Just a big open space. Bedroom and bathroom is nice. They have breakfast out again and it was decent hotel breakfast. Fuse box in bedroom is weird. The lounge chairs in pool need to be replaced.
