Awful recruiters. Constantly send entry level jobs that are decades behind my experience, expect relocation, and pay 1/3 my typical asking salary.Never respond to requests to stop.Never respond to anything, really.Suspect they cater to H1B visa holders, but who knows? They just spam with useless "suggestions" that are such a wide miss they'd be comical if they weren't so common.

I've been employed at Iron's India Subsidiary and the amount of half baked reviews have compelled me to write this review. It's heart-breaking to see how many genuine opportunities must have been turned down due to negativity from a fraction of people who either never worked for Iron or worked only for short term and the backed out.First and foremost, most reviews mention specific problem with "Indian" employees. Yes, 95% employees are from India and so does other major companies do e.g., Microsoft, Google, Meta, etc. So stop being blatantly racist on this.Secondly, most reviewers are "Dispatch Technicians" or "FTE" who haven't worked with Iron at all. They have issue with "Spam" mail because they explicitly shared their mail for employment opportunities over Monster, LinkedIn or any other employment website. Few reviewers mention issues with pay, well there could be some occasions where payments have been delayed but they never intend to take away your salaries.Thirdly, some reviews mention it as "Scam". I want to let those fake reviews know that they are lucky to not get defamation suit from Iron legal. Iron employs thousands of people either through third party or directly for hundreds of different clients. If it was a SCAM, then this company wouldn't have lasted for almost a decade. So stop misguiding people and spreading Half-Baked reviews. Such reviewers have actually either backed off or abandoned the projects for which they were hired.TLDR: Most negative reviews in no way reflect the true nature of Iron. Every month, hundreds of people are recruited for various positions globally not only in the US but LATAM, EMEA and APAC Regions. First work for this company and there are different teams to always help you and guide you if any issues are faced by recruited resources. If you get an opportunity, don't let it go but get the first hand experience yourself and then make judgement.

I highly suggest staying away from this company. From my own experience — their recruiters keep repeatedly spamming my inbox for jobs I have never applied for. Even after I have emailed them to take my name and contact information off their mailing lists (and clearly stated that I am not interested in any of their open positions), they still keep spamming me with email. To top it all off, their recruiters don't even confirm that they send their emails to people who actually live close to the job's location; I live in the Bay Area, and they frequently send me non-remote jobs that are located near the Sacramento area.

This company had completely wasted my time. They seemed to be trying to put me into a position to fail and pay the lowest possible amount while doing so. The many things to fill out and take care of would not be given at once, but a trickle after finishing one thing... I kept asking if that is everything we needed and they say yes, but yet email me with more things. Also they give me the address for where I would need to be and with them saying I needed to start immediately I get there and no one knows who I am. So I spend about an hour trying to find someone who knows something, and don't get much of an answer until about 2 hours after. This was after the 2 hours of taking the bus and walking. I try to lay my frustrations down with the recruiter, but he starts arguing with me and belittled me. After working in a restaurant for many years I know a little bit about how to treat people when talking to them. Not sure how they got things to work for others like they say they do so well, but my experience with them have been probably the worst I've ever encountered.

Nope, Never again! I worked for them for 15mo, They did pay regularly, they did provide some health benefits through a third party, and Payroll is through another Third Party, the problem is, the Third Party payroll (Tri-Net) is on the W-2, and their HR doesn't respond, so if you apply for another job you cannot prove you worked for Iron Systems,At my one year mark, I talked to my "Rep" and asked for a raise, she then ghosted me, no response no nothing,Nope, never again

Don't contact with this company. They are unethical, unprofessional and you'll NEVER get a straight answer. They don't pay on time. Good luck trying to reach anyone unless they want something from you. Worst. Company. Ever.

Made the mistake of responding to an email telling them I'm not interested in their services. The Emails and phone calls continue. Told them to stop several times. I'm filing a complaint with the California consumer affairs, BBB. or whom ever will listen . The harassment has to stop.

This is easily the worst staffing agency I've ever worked with. No one knows anything about my start date and no one will do any work to try to get me some information so I have a job. Terrible customer service and terrible recruiters.

They will NOT stop harassing me about low level job opportunities that are clearly not aligned with my current work. I keep asking them to stop emailing and they wont.

I was contracted to complete a job for one of their clients. It has been almost two months with no payment. No one is giving me answers. No one is answering phone calls. I am going to seek legal recourse at this point. After my intent to seek legal recourse, they decided to pay me. Please, don't work with this company

WARNING: do not buy or sell anything to this company. They are scammers. If they hire you as a subcontractor you will not get paid, period. Good luck attempting to call them at 408-943-8000. Even selecting option "1 for Sales" will get you a ring no-answer condition to a voicemail box. An d Neeraj Kundu (real last name is Singh) at 408-703-4667 will deny anything and everything so that you tire and give up.
