all was goos with the exception of wait, my appointment was at 1:30 and I finally got to see a specialist at around 4:00 pm, when I asked about my appointment, I was told that there is nothing they can do. What is the purpose of having an appointment, other than that, good doctor and good service.

Had my first BP Check @ KP Fremont Facility's Niles building on the 2nd floor: impressed with the staff member who took care of me today : Janelle Starr who was warm , friendly, kind and gentle. She did everything she could to help me relax to help bring down my blood pressure readings, instructed me on my follow up plan re: lab work and next appointments, then handed me a print out of my after visit summary for today

I am on a business trip and I have been having Fevers, shortness of breath so I knew it was a flu and I needed to get antibiotics prescribed. So I went in to urgent care, but they refused to take me or make an appointment for me. They just told me to go to the emergency room even though it is not an emergency. No one really helps you there. The only person I could say was beyond nice and empathetic was the Dr. I wish I remembered his name. But he was so nice! Even the nurse was a little standoffish. Sad that they lack empathy. OH AND the pharmacists. OMG best team I have ever seen at a Kaiser. Kudos to the entire team! Keep it up at the pharmacy

From ER to admitted care, the nurses have horrendous bedside manner, to say they have any at all is only due to 2 nurses and a housekeeper. Trust that he was nicer and more helpful than most the nurses. If you or someone is in an emergency of course seek help. But if you can avoid it, avoid this hospital

The layout of this Kaiser is confusing. It's separated into the names of street (Niles, Argonaut, etc). And you have to go to different buildings to get certain stuff done. Like labs and urgent care are in two different buildings. It's a lot of walking for someone who's sick or weak and fatigue. Not sure why they don't just have it all in one building. By far the worst Kaiser layout. Also, 1:30 means 1:30. I hope the nurses are a little bit more respectful of schedule times because I went to Niles 1B and they had lunch until 1:30 and didn't open up on the dot. Just disrespectful for those who have other appointments or errands to do. It pushes everything back.

Do not choose KELLY LEE WONG as your doctor. Horrible, non-responsive so-called "medical professional!" She would cancel your scheduled appointment without any explanation. Doesn't respond to email after you did what she's asked. Just leaves you hanging, left scrambling for your own solution! I don't think I'd ever come back to the Kaiser Fremont medical center again. I'd rather drive farther for better care.

I had a traumatizing experience at Kaiser Permanente Fremont. I had to get an ankle surgery done here, but the following problems came up: - They refused to run my insurance, charging me the full amount. I had to get another employee on the phone - while at Kaiser - to get them to run it. - The person I was originally supposed to have the surgery with changed at the last minute; replaced with somebody who didn't even know my name. - I was in immense pain, and they gave me fentanyl - something I did not want. - I got a sepsis infection from their negligence, requiring an additional surgery. This Kaiser does not care about you, and I did not feel safe the entire time I was there. I am forever thankful that I have new insurance in 2024.

Kaiser Hospice is the worst. If you're dying, they will make your life worse before you are dead so that you pass from this earth slowly and painfully. They constantly screw up on prescription orders and would not deliver the medication, including pain killers vital to a your dying loved one's comfort. Pharmacy makes you wait for an hour when picking up medication no matter what time of day you show up. The bathing crew abuses your loved one and screams at them for defecating. The nurse and social worker do nothing to help the mental well being of the hospice patient and the family caring for your loved one. Pick a different healthcare system to die with, if you can.

Friendly staff and the doctors and nurses. Pay attention to what I on my family have been conveying have been happy with them. The only complaint has been the parking at this location. It is brutal no matter what. Day and time do you go there?

I had surgery for trigger thumb. Everyone was nice and thorough. But...... Janet Peacock was fabulous!!!! So personable and sweet. She explains everything and puts your mind at ease. Her humor and demeanor make experience as pleasant as possible. I hope she gets some type of recognition for her great performance.

Worst place to be in ER, they have security guards as you enter the ER department, they check you as you are going through airport security, they even ask ladies to open there purse an take things out .. December 1, 2023 | checked in and I am in pain instead of me checking in or asking me why I am there they go under everything else, this is ridiculous, seems like they have no other jobs, also in ER department they were only 2 registration people and they were very slow ...

it's fully automated. You don't get to talk to a human until you down load the app and make an appointment. The parking lot is always full. There is always a line at the pharmacy. How they could improve have the doctors come to patient houses and deliver medicine perhaps partner up with Uber or door Dash. Speed of service really slow it's really not fair with someone with a broken leg to walk around at the hospital

I'm very satisfied with the doctors here. The waiting area and rooms are no frills. Parking is difficult during peak hours so allow plenty of time to find parking. I saw that they now have valet parking.

DO NOT GO TO URGENT CARE! NILES bldg. Room first floor It's a scam!!!!!! You will pay more of a co pay and get little To no care and a waste of time. Let's just say I paid 186$ more than my ER visit for a "DO " not a Dr. To tell me a lame Story and "tell me " how I feel not listen or care how I feel. *****Allan Apostol DO was who "treated" me today/ I had to ask before he Offer me a cane and neither him nor his staff ever come Out to give it to me or help me!!??!!? He smiles and laughed and actually had the audacity to call me "stubborn" because I have trouble with crutches and need to get around to care for my disabled son and a toddler --- This department is a waste and a joke. You have better luck at the ER and worth the wait at least they have it together slightly More than urgent care. That is not saying much at all.... I hear alot of people are going to Sutter for care of the patient and overall quality of knowledge and care of all staff and Drs. I hate feeing ill or worse taking my children to the DR .in fear of being treated like this every time. Not sure about this generation of Drs. And staff- they do not care - they all seem very unhappy with their "jobs"
