More than 1 month cabinet order delay is seriously impacting our project. Original ETA was mid June. Already 1 month has been passed. No secured ETA yet. I am very unhappy with this unprofessional delay. There was no early head-up regarding this. I will keep updating how this is being resolved.”

“I have dealt with Tubz for over 15 years and anm always happy with their prices and service. Today was a good example. A old shower head stopped working and I called Tubz for a replacement. I talked to Kaz. Unfortunately the replacement shower head had a 4-6 week lead time. To resolve this, Kaz offered an in-house demo shower head as a temporary unit to cover me until the replacement head came in. That was an excellent solution and meant I didn’t have to order another shower head that wasn’t a good fit. Thanks Kaz!”
